Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sète dans cet appartement parfaitement équipé, confortable et avec une vue superbe. L’accueil a été au top : Lucie nous a reçus avec le sourire et de très bons conseils, et Ludovic, le propriétaire, a eu la gentillesse de nous faire découvrir des produits locaux à notre arrivée — une belle attention qui nous a permis de goûter à la richesse de la région.Le logement est fidèle à l’annonce, très propre, bien situé, et idéal pour découvrir Sète et ses environs.Nous repartons ravis, avec de beaux souvenirs plein la tête.Merci encore !Les Berrichons en vacances

Juste exceptionnel, appartement de qualité où tout a été pensé !

Je recommande vivement cet appartement où il fait bon vivre. Face a cette grande bleue, on ne se lasse pas de la contempler depuis sa grande terrasse. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture du séjour, on a fait tout à pied. Même le docteur se trouve en face de la résidence ( on a eu besoin d'y faire un passage). On espère pouvoir y revenir vite. À essayer vraiment

Bei Eintritt in das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Appartement beginnt der Urlaub. Wenn man dann noch zur Terrasse kommt, auf das Meer und die Sonne blickt, ist Erholung pur angesagt!

Un vrai cabanon de pêcheur avec tout le confort La mer à nos pieds ! Un vrai luxe pour un dépaysement total. Si vous aimez la mer vous êtes au bon endroit ! Emplacement exceptionnel

Nous venons de passer une semaine idyllique dans ce charmant appartement . La mer du matin au soir comme vue, on ne fait pas mieux ! Nous reviendrons évidement l’an prochain, l’appartement est vraiment agréable et surtout tout y est très fonctionnel

Belle prestation dans un cadre enchanteur .

Splendide vue en première ligne ! quelque soit le moment de la journée, avec une exposition qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur sans avoir trop chaud. Appartement spacieux, meubles élégants et originaux. Ludovic s'est montrée très attentive aux bien-être de ses locataires, souriant et discret. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour très agréable et au calme. Merci pour tout.

Logement spacieux, très propre, très belle terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle. Très fonctionnel oú rien ne manque et comme indiqué à côté d’une belle plage. Bravo, Ludovic est accueillant, sympathique, il vous aidera pour toute information nécessaire..bref superbe endroit, rien à redire. Appartement exceptionnellement bien situé pour tout faire à pied !

Un lieu hôte du temps où rien ne manque ! Le propriétaire pense vraiment à tout, le mot complet prend son sens. Une vue imprenable, sans voiture c’est idylique ! Une recommandation est plus qu’évidente mais mon retour l’an prochain est deja acté. Pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture, commerces à quelques pas (même le dentiste est au pied de la résidence pratique quand on a une rage de dents comme j’ai pu avoir)

La mer au bout du balcon

Excellent emplacement face à la mer pour cet appartement très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Belles promenades pédestres vers le centre de Sète d’un côté et le long des plages de l’autre côté. Très bon séjour pour nous sous le soleil qui nous manque tellement dans le Nord

Super Ferienwohnung am Meer

Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie bietet viel Platz und ist super ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage ist genial. Direkt am Haus befinden sich ein kleiner Sandstrand. Ca 200 m weitere beginnt der riesige Sandstrand von Coniche. Die FeWo liegt zentral und die Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gleich ums Eck. Trotzdem wohnt man hier sehr ruhig. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das die aufgeführten Preise für die Zusatzleistungen nicht aktuell sind! Wir haben für die Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher ein ganzes Stück mehr bezahlt! Am besten die aktuellen Preise abfragen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Eventuell bringen wir dann die Handtücher usw. selber mit.

Excellent sejour

Un grand merci à lucie pour son accueil tres chaleureux. Un grand merci à ludovic pour sa bienveillance. Tout était parfait, très cosy, un vrai petit coin de paradis avec une très belle vue, sans oublier les cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous reviendrons ! De plus Séte est un très jolie ville.

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Sehr gut ausgestattete, wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man für unbeschwerte Tage am Meer braucht. Großer Balkon mit Blick auf‘s Meer, Zugang zum schönen Strand direkt neben der Residenz, dazu ein sehr netter Vermieter - einfach nur perfekt!

Bel appartement très bien équipé, accueil de Lucie agréable, petites attentions pour le client.. Très bien décoré mais peut être trop chargé en meubles et bibelots pour une location avec enfants. Manque une table haute à l'extérieur pour déjeuner, table basse pas pratique pour prendre repas et trop loin du parasol. Location agréable hors saison (peu de monde autour de la location) car trop de vis-à-vis.

L'appartement est impeccable et l'emplacement est parfait. L'espace de stationnement privé à côté de l'appartement est fantastique. Perfekter Urlaub

Eine sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in perfekter Lage mit Blick auf's Meer. Von der Nespressokapsel bis zum Webergrill ist alles bestens ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten. Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig. Ludovic ist ein sehr gastfreundlicher Vermieter, der stets gut zu erreichen war. Wir hatten eine perfekte Urlaubswoche im wunderschönen Sete.

Exceptionnel séjour grâce à cet appartement

Tout était parfait, sublime appartement joliment décoré, très bien situé où on peut tout faire à pied ce qui est un luxe. Petite plage en contrebas de la résidence qui était très bien pour aller se rafraîchir quand on voulait. Accueil chaleureux, gourmandises à l’arrivée... J’espère pouvoir organiser un séjour prochainement.
