Renovated in a cozy and modern seaside, this apartment offers comfortable living spaces.

A functional equipped kitchen associated with its space meal, a living room, a terrace having a table, 4 chairs and an outside living room.

Thanks to its bay window of 3 meters the apartment is very bright.

The terrace will allow you to appreciate the view of the boats (Quai-Est calm) and a private garden with trees.

For the sleeping area, the new bedding is good quality (2 places) in addition to a sofa bed (not suitable for 2 adults).

Equipment: wardrobe bed, hob, microwave oven, Nespresso, croque plate gentlemen, kettle, toaster, TV is visible 180 °, narrow shower tray.

Many shops and restaurants within walking distance (60 meters). Access to various leisure activities nearby (water sports, bowling, bike paths, ...).

The rental includes a private parking space that will allow you to secure your vehicle.

Logements avec de multiples problèmes

A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté très rapidement de nombreux problèmes au logement : frigo sale, toiles d'araignée, vaisselle sale (du saucisson a été trouvé dans un verre). La porte de douche ne fermait pas et la douche fuyait. L'une des portes de placard de la cuisine tombe La porte de la baie vitrée ne pouvait plus se fermer à clé ce qui nous obligeait à fermer systématiquement les volets pour sortir dehors. La TV était bien présente mais avec aucune chaine de télévision disponible. Certains coussins extérieurs sont détériorés. Enfin, le logement est indiqué idéal pour un couple avec enfant, si vous procédez ainsi, vous n'avez plus de place pour vous déplacer dans le logement

Excellent emplacement et vue superbe sur le port de plaisance (commerces alimentaires et divers de qualité et proches, plage immédiate). Couchage placard OK et fonctionnel mais couchage futon à déconseiller pour adulte. Très belle terrasse avec banquette confortable. Appartement très bien équipé.

Viele unerwähnte Mängel, zu teuer

Wir waren eine Woche dort. Viele Mängel wurden online nicht erwähnt. Hätte ich vorher von den Mängeln erfahren, hätte ich niemals diese Ferienwohnung für meine Familie gemietet! Es gibt eine Terrasse, die man aufgrund der Hitze kaum benutzen kann, weil die Sonnenschirmterasse halb defekt ist und nicht die gesamte Terrasse bedeckt. Das bedeutet in der gerade knallt die Sonne richtig rein. Die Inhaberin hat zudem versäumt, den ohnehin schon Mini-Tiefkühlfach vor unserer Ankunft abzutauen. Fast die Hälfte des Mini-Tiefkühlfaches war mit festem Eis bedeckt. Da hat einfach nichts reingepasst. Und bei der Hitze möchte man ja gerne Nahrungsmittel oder sowas wie Speiseeis für die Familie auch mal verstauen. Nichts da, konnten das Tiefkühlfach gerade mal für ein kleines Paar Kühlpads benutzen, mussten da leider Prioritäten benutzen. Viel zu kleines Tiefkühlfach für 3-4 Personen! Auf der Terrasse ist bei einer Sitzcouch ein Riesen Riss, der auf den Bilder einfach mit einem Tuch abgedeckt worden ist. Die superschnelle Dusche geht nicht komplett zu, weshalb immer Wasser auf den Boden kommt. Der warme Wasserhahn tropft heiß beim Duschen, was ich sehr unangenehm finde, wenn man ausversehen mit den Händen da dran kommt. Gerade für Kinder auch nicht gut! Jetzt zu den guten Sachen: es war alles sehr sauber, wir haben kostenlos eine mobile Klimaanlage bekommen (anscheinend als Wiedergutmachung) und bei Ankunft kostenlos Bettwäsche bekommen (auch anscheinend als Wiedergutmachung) wobei man argumentieren muss, dass es trotzdem unterlassen wurde, online von den Mängeln zu berichten! Schöne große Terasse mit bester Aussicht auf den Hafen! Wunderschöner Innenhof. Im Haus auch alles super sauber. Sonst war in der Wohnung fast alles drin, was man brauchte. Wohnung sonst sehr schön eingerichtet mit Urlaubsfeeling-Flair. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand, in 2 Gehminuten Centrum Commerciale (Einkaufzentrum) mit super viele Einkauf- und Essmöglichkeiten. Kostenloser Privatparkplatz. Waschsalon in der Nähe sehr teuer. Wir haben immer selbst gewaschen. Waschmittel in der Wohnung vorhanden gewesen. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt wegen der Umgebung, aber leider wie gesagt, für den Preis und die Mängel hätte ich es aufgrund des schlechten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis niemals gebucht :) man erwartet, dass alles in der Wohnung funktionstüchtig ist. Sehr nette Inhaberin, die auch bei später Ankunft (wegen Stau) noch zur Verfügung stand (21 Uhr).

Marina/Beach Getaway

I hit the jackpot with my first VRBO booking! Xavier and Aicha are fantastic, thoughtful hosts who checked to see that I had all that I needed. Pretty studio in a great, picturesque location on the marina. Beach, supermarket, shops and Grau du Roi are all easy walks away. Horse-back riding and Aigues Mortes are not too far. Quiet and safe, perfect for me, a solo female traveller! Thank you Xavier and Aicha .... really enjoyed my stay!

petit appartement bien situé, au calme. Vue agréable sur le port de plaisance. Accès par un chemin piétonnier en bord de mer au centre du Grau du Roi en 20 à 30mn selon les marcheurs, très agréable. le seul bémol: l'exiguïté de la cabine de douche. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Les plages, la possibilité de pêcher en mer, la proximité d'Aiguemorte et de la camargue ( Saintes Marie de la mer)
