Extreme poor sanitation. Multiple hairs were found on the bedsheet. Terrible dirty environments. The lady was very very dishonested. She charged my credit card without my authorisation. She claimed that it was an upgraded charge but in fact, I didn't promise to be upgraded and finally it didn't. After return home, it was discovered that CAD $100 was being charged in my credit card. She was very very dishonested.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price
The staff was friendly and helpful, patiently showed us how to take the metro to go downtown. The room was ok and clean but will be better if can provide a kettle. Price is reasonable.

Title: Avoid at All Costs - Horrible Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The check-in system was a nightmare, with only one person at the front desk who was overwhelmed by the number of guests. It took forever to get our room keys. Once we got to the room, it was clear that it hadn't been properly maintained. There was a noticeable smell, and the room lacked basic amenities like an iron. When we requested one, it arrived rusty and unusable. The temperature control in the room was nonexistent, making for an uncomfortable stay. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated in 30 years, with old fixtures and poor lighting. Additionally, there wasn't enough parking for all the guests. Even finding a spot on the street was nearly impossible. The breakfast was another low point. The food was terrible and the options were very limited. Overall, this was a horrible experience that I can't recommend to anyone.

Staff on Reception was good. However, hotel is very dirty. Everywhere hair on bed on bathtub and not cleaned property. Facility doesn’t look good. No A/C. I don’t recommend it.

If you are not a Quebec resident with a Quebec license plate, do not stay here. Our car along with another individual with an Ontario license plate were broken into and items were stolen. The windows were shattered and our car was rummaged through. What is even worst is residents in the area saw how distraught we were and informed us that this is a COMMON occurrence to only cars without a Quebec license plate. Our cars contained shattered glass fragments and there was no assistance from the hotel offered to help us clean inside our car or even offer a garbage bin to remove all the glass fragments. Kind residents in the area offered supplies to help clean the mess and they were disappointed that the hotel did not mention this to their guests that when you check out, your car will be broken into. We had a long drive back to Ontario with a shattered window on the highway. Very disappointed in the lack of honesty in disclosing this critical information. We would never return to this hotel again. It is unsafe and I would highly recommend not taking the public transit system that is a 15 to 20 min walk from the hotel as there is the risk you could be robbed or harmed given that our car was broken into. If you are visiting Quebec, and want to stay at this hotel and you have a non Quebec license plate, DO NOT stay here. If you prioritize your safety, do NOT stay here. We messaged the manager and requested a full refund of our stay & will probably ask them to pay the damage expense

Room was shoe box !! No AC in room . I was able open one window. Which wasn't easy. Shower was poor!! One good thing was able to get youtu.be on TV!! Breakfast was pretty good. Oh almost forgot the elevator didn't work in the morning. And front desk working hours are 11:00 am to 11:00 pm so checking out Pain the Ass!!

My room was small, but as I was traveling alone, it was perfect for me. Great value for the price. Property was quiet and clean and the continental breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. Would stay again.

My recent stay at this hotel was delightful. The location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions, and the accommodations were clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff (especially Mohammed) were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Auberge Manoir Ville Marie for a memorable stay in Montreal.

It was a clean easy to get to property with great service and free parking! We walked everywhere or road bikes which are available right near the hotel For the cost, this is definitely a great option!

It is an old building with high ceillings that makes it unique and the rooms are big and clean. The staff was also nice to us. It is about 5min drive away from the city center but it's recommended to take the bus or a bike ans not drive there cause parking is rare and expensive. Overall nice place.
