"The hotel was okay overall. It wasn’t amazing, but it did the job for a short stay. The bed was comfortable enough and the basics were provided, but nothing stood out in terms of service or amenities. It’s a decent option if you just need a place to sleep, What I did appreciate was the free underground self-parking."

"Good location and reception staff very pleasant considering all the negative things about the property. Rooms clean upon arrival, but you have to request beds made, towels changed and worse of all ask for toilet tissue only one roll and we never got another - used Kleenex. Parked vehicle two and a half blocks away in a garage at $20 a day - not fun with luggage. Entrance confusing, bar/restaurant closed. No control when fire alarm went off - ended up on street. Very badly managed."

"Loved the pool and well-equipped gym on the 11th floor with a great view of Montreal! Breakfast was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. Location was terrific and a quick walk to the Metro and Gare Centrale. Looking forward to going back the next time we're in Montreal."

"Room was clean but had no room service or clean towels for the four days we were there. Breakfast was very basic, no hot food unless you count toast. Do not park in the back parking lot!!! Our car was stolen from there then found out some else had their car stole the night before. Terrible way to end the weekend. Staff was helpful calling the police for us."

"Lovely view, slightly dated room. Concierge was off at 6pm on a Friday. And a lovely piece of birthday cake and bubbly greeted us in our room (but sadly they were for someone else)! Someone promply came by to collect the bubbly. I love this property but it feels like the service and rooms aren't quite what they used to be..."
