The room smelled like a wet dog when I arrived. I requested additional cleaning twice, but no one responded to my request. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location.

Room was nice. Some issues with small flies/gnats everywhere. Other than that space was perfect for my family.

The air conditioning didnt work and there were fruit flies in the unit. Location was very convenient. Stairwell and elevator was musky so the intial entry was awkward. Overall i enjoyed the stay because i love my family.

The name of the room was deceiving, we stayed in the comfort loft, 1 bedroom - it was a studio apartment with 2 beds. The beds and bathroom were clean, however the floors were not - the carpet was filthy. The building elevator, halls and stairwell of the building were also filthy. There was no paper towel in the room. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The walls and windows of our room were also filthy.

Clean and easy access with coded locks. Close to all the shops, short walking distance to Bell Centre, and a nice jaunt to Old Montreal and Mont Royal. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, great value and location. Went to the disturbed concert and the venue was within walking distance, also lots of options for food in the area.

There were 5 windows and an air conditioning/heating unit outside of each one that would continuously run during the night. Could not see out the windows. The entrance and stairwell were very dirty! The condo was clean, but the couch, couch pillows and throw covering the couch look like they have never been cleaned before. My husband went to use the hand towel on the wall and as he was using it, the entire towel rack came out of the wall. There were also some homeless people hanging around entrance changing and looking for money. Not a place I would want my daughter staying at. The bed linens were clean and the overall condo was clean.
