The building is clean, quiet, staff are helpful (in English). What we didn't like, is it's not a place for couples who want one big queen/king bed. The sink faucet pulls off the attachment. The Air Conditioninig was blasting, there was no heat. We were so cold... that my partner got super sick the next day from the cold room all night. The desk light was too dim, I could hardly see the my papers. There were some outlets, I could use more outlets. No hair dryer, no iron board. What I liked was they provided shower gel, pillows, blankets, towels, toilet papers. The rooms looked modern, and mattress was hard and comfortable. But the garage was in the basement, and there was no access from inside to upstairs. We had to carry our 10 heavy bags from outside, back inside the Campus 1 dorm. So no elevator access was not convenient from the garage. The parking was very narrow and tight, plus low ceiling. I broke the car antennae! It was dark and at night, I didn't feel safe, if alone. It felt creepy. In the morning we exited with the car, except the garage door didn't auto sensor to open. We manually pressed the green button. It was very run down, old, dirty, looked creepy in the garage parking. The good thing was, there was parking under the dorm. I liked exploring all the other community rooms (movie, gaming, inspiration, study room). It looked nice, new furniture. Nice window views. Those rooms all looked the similar. Breakfast was great! and laundry room was available. :)

We stayed there for 2 nights. It's a student residence instead of a real hotel, so don't have hotel level expectations if you choose to stay here. Here are several things that I think can be improved. - Breakfast is very average - Bed and pillows are not very comfortable. You can hear traffic at night - Parking is not connected to the hotel. No elevator going up from parking garage - Check out is very early at 10am - You need a pass to enter and exit the building. Not very convenient after you checked out

The towels they provided were way too dusty and i wish there was a cooler in the room to keep the water cool. The room was not very soundproof either. But overall stay was clean and comfortable and the staff were nice.

Relatively clean student hostels however the bathroom could be cleaner. Location is awesome walking distance to everything. Breakfast was great too given it’s included. Would recommend!

A very nice stay!
The hotel is home to mostly college students. As a 68 year old from the US, I found the environment positive and energetic, the people nice. The staff was very helpful and polite. The location is great. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. I hope to stay there again.

Student housing turned into hotel in summer
Small and very basic room but ok for the price and the location. Parking at 20$ a day and included breakfast.

We stayed at this place for an event going on at the palais des congres. Walkable to the venue, transit, and many restaurants and depanneurs nearby. Our 2-bed room was actually 2 separate bedrooms! Facilities look new and are clean and well-maintained. Nice gym with workout equipment and basketball court. The free breakfast was very good with both hot and cold food and fresh fruit. Great deal for the price and would definitely stay again!

great location, staff working there were very friendly and accomodating, free breakfast was very good. I would have given 4.5 stars cause there was no fridge or ice machine for food and drinks, but everything else was great (no tv in the room which I knew about) The price compared to other hotels in the area is well worth it.

Location is perfect and the staff are wonderful! Beds were quite uncomfortable; fortunately there were two beds, so I used the bedding from one bed as a mattress topper for the other bed, and that worked okay. Room was mostly clean except for the toilet in the bathroom. Because it’s an unfurnished dorm, it lacks a television, but for me that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t adjustable and sometimes made odd noises, but thankfully I use a white noise app anyway and the temperature was fairly comfortable for me, so I didn’t mind. On the positive side, the building itself is modern and has lots of amenities such as laundry machines (you can pay with a contactless card) and a gym. The free breakfast was great for me (not many gluten-free options, but that didn’t bother me). Contrary to what both the Expedia profile and their website say, you can check in after 11pm without needing to contact them! (That was a relief, because my flight was delayed two hours, and the staff were ready to meet me at the counter.) So, in summary, I’d stay here again if it were a good deal, because the location and staff are great, but there were a few things that could’ve made my experience a bit more comfortable.

PROs: This is a university student housing facility in downtown Montreal, which is rented out as a hotel during the summer. It's really great value for money. Full hot breakfast included. It's clean and a very modern building with many amenities. Much nicer accommodation than what I had when I was in university over a decade ago. 🙂 CONs: • The rooms could do with some clothes hangers and more power outlets in easily accessible places. • The security staff I dealt with after checking out the morning of Aug. 7, 2023, and trying to store my luggage could do with some customer service training to learn how to be pleasant to guests.

L'emplacement en plein centre-ville est parfait, à 5 minutes du métro Place-des-Arts, de la Place des Arts elle-même ainsi que du Complexe Desjardins. L'endroit est très sécuritaire, très moderne et convivial. J'ai été agrablement surpris du déjeuner inclus. Toutefois, si j'ai une chose à déplorer, c'est le lit. Je l'ai trouvé dur et inconfortable. La salle de bain était propre, bien adaptée, la douche fonctionnait parfaitement.
