Spectacular view of Montreal from the private patio on the rooftop, and great view from the condo, enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. Just sit by the fireplace in the winter. Sleep 4 comfortably 1 private bedroom with axqueen size bed, 1 den with a queen size sofa bed both brand new with a matress topper for exta comfort, very central located, Park your vehicle at 5 mins away at Place Des Arts, Then get around by walking or metro, close by all the fine restaurants and shoppings. In the winter you could see the ice skating ring from the suite, Just For Laugh is across the street. Internet, Laundry, the place is sanitized between guests. The building is very secured. all guest enjoyed the location. Fully equipped Kitchen, Blender. etc

Great place, clean, wonderful view, and nice neighborhood. Very confusing regarding how to initially get the key, and doing so became time consuming. One room was also much hotter than the rest of the apartment, which made for less comfortable sleeping. But a very nice apartment overall.

L'emplacement dans Montréal est super, la vue est magnifique, l'appartement est un peu étroit une fois les valises à l'intérieur mais cela n'a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour et de visiter Montréal ! Merci pour tout.

Place was fine. Owner cancelled our stay a week before the trip and we had to frantically rebook at another location. Not a perfect experience.

Forced to change last minute accommodation due to host

The location and size of the apartment is great. It was booked several months in advance and a good rate. A week before the trip the host cancelled the booking and by accident and it was filled by another client. This resulted in a very stressful and expensive series of events that lead to only staying at the original location for half of the stay. The communication and inflexibility of VRBO was factor in this event and I wouldn't recommend it.

Great spot in downtown Montreal

The penthouse was great, very clean and well put together. The only complaint I had was the check-in process wasn't great as I was supposed to get buzzed in but that never happened! Fortunately another tenant in the building let me in.

Perfect central spot

This place is perfectly situated. Everywhere you want to go is in walking distance. Multiple RESO stations are located a short walk away offering even more options to get around. Street parking is available but the city has weird ours according to the pay app. We ended up parking at the UQAM science building parking lot located a couple of streets over from the condo. It was super cheap for 3 days (24 Canadian). The actual neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, shops, and grocery/market options. There’s also a gas station located directly around the corner for convenience items and fuel. The view is spectacular. When you wake up you’re basically looking out towards old port and place des arts which are both in your back yard. I will be back for sure. This condo is in an ideal location. You won’t realize how perfectly it’s located until you start navigating the city. The condo was great for us. We each had our own bed (my friend and I). The shower was wonderful after adventuring for 10 hours a day. The condo has everything you need. The building is quiet and I always felt safe. This is where I’m staying if it’s just myself and another person. Thank you for everything!!!!!

Un bel appartement

L’arrivée a été difficile car le propriétaire avait oublié notre arrivée, nous avons été bloqués à la rue puis un autre locataire a fini par nous ouvrir. Alors nous avons découvert un logement dont le ménage n’a pas été fait. Néanmoins Michel a réagi de suite et a envoyé quelqu’un et nous a remboursé les frais de ménage. Geste apprécié. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé, bien situé même si il faut le dire la rue est très mal fréquentée (toxicomanes et autres) La vue est très belle

Great spot, great location, great communication.

Went away for a boys weekend in late January. Temperature was about 1 degree outside and This place is in a great central spot with Places are all around you, and/or within a 30 min walk otherwise. Michel was great, everything as described. Thoughtful space, has all those small things you might need when going away but forget, sugar, spices, coffee etc. The nespresso machine was a great bonus, and the washer, dryer, and dishwasher, stove, toaster oven, all great touches for a cozy place to rest your head. Skating rink right around the corner, along with alot of fun places to hand out at night. Again everything within 5 to 30 min walk... enjoy.
