The unit is exclusively for you and your family during your reservation. It is not shared with other people during your stay.

You have access to the lower portion of the full house.
There is an upstairs neighbor in a separate and private apartment.

Deck and Back yard are properties of Neighbor and off limit. However, BBQ in back yard is offered to guests during day time in the summer

-Outside BBQ facilities are provided during summer time

Parking is available by season:
- SPRING from 1st April - Oct 31st there is no any restrictions on street parking in front of house.
- WINTER ( 1st November to 1st April) Parking in street in front of house is limited between 7AM to Midnight.
- Your can move your car later in the night to the drive way on my property, do before midnight but don't block neighbor of they are out. I will share their number with them so you can coordinate.

Fast wifi is included, and two workplaces.

No smoking indoors. Outside only.

Free street parking is available in Spring, Summer, Autumn. See "Guest Access" section.

OUTDOOR SPACES
- Access to the pool, and the deck, is not included that is property of the neighbor in the building.

When is possible I am happy to offer early Check-in times, but I cannot guarantee it if I have a guest the night before your arrival. The housekeepers might need the full time for cleaning. We always try our best for you! :)

The directions were clear and the premises were clean and as described. I didn't need to contact the host as everything went smoothly. Street parking was available. Will stay there again.

Manque de propreté, énormément de bruit dû à un humidificateur d'air et du chauffage dans la salle de bain qui tournent en permanence...l'impression de dormir dans une cave! En résumé une très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette location malgré un gérant réactif.

My first time visiting Canada. Mehdi was a phenomenal host! He truly went above and beyond my expectations. Any questions I had were answered promptly and accurately. Bnb is located in a very nice quiet area. Enjoyed brunch on the patio table in back. He even assisted me with an unexpected return delayed flight home to make sure I was comfortable and stress-free. Even offered if my flight was canceled in assisting me with another rental for a night. His communication and kindness was highly respected. Very clean bnb offering comfort, cleanliness, and elegance. I will definitely be returning to this bnb or any of his other upon visiting again. Thank you so much Mehdi. Your kindness did not go unnoticed and was deeply appreciated for my first out of country and bnb stay. (I didn't take a lot of pictures but attached 1.)Warmest Regards,Michele S.

Le quartier est super et super calme, accessible par bus, Le logement est super agréable, par contre extrêmement brillant a cause de la climatisation impossible de dormir sur le canapé dans le salon sauf si vous êtes sourd.Pas d'isolation avec la maison du propriétaire donc 0 discrétion on entends tout ce qui se passe la haut et je pense que c'est pareil pour eux.Une fuite d'eau et du plâtre est tombé sur notre valise, et a salit nos vettements a l'intérieur, ils nous ont même pas proposé de faire une machine, surtout qu'on venais a peine d'arriver de l'aéroport.

We did not end up staying at the property. There were too many tripping hazards for my mother. She walks with a cane. The walkway to the back of the house was unstable. The stairs from the bedroom to the basement had no handrails and doorways were raised which had potential to cause a trip. It just wasn’t a safe situation for an elderly person.

Great property and host

Mehdi was a very nice and generous host. He was very responsive and made sure my son and I didn’t lack for anything. He let me park in his driveway to avoid parking tickets. The property was clean and accurately described and conveniently located.We had a great stay and will stay there again.

Really good property for the price! In a good area that isn’t too far from downtown Montreal! I think with traffic, it was around 40 minutes to downtown, but if there’s no traffic it’s only a 25 minute drive. The apartment was overall clean, the only thing that took a star away was the thin walls. You can hear your upstairs neighbors and I’m sure they can hear you too, but the footsteps and other noises died down by 10pm. I stayed in December and there’s no overnight street parking, so I had to share the driveway with the upstairs neighbors. You have to coordinate with them if it is in the winter, or you can just move your car into the street at 7am which is what I did every morning. Which isn’t an overall big deal, and I knew that coming into it as it was stated on the description. Overall good price, good area, decent place!

Unsanitary bed

I had a hard time to find the address at 10h PM, there was no lighting to show it. There was already 2 cars in the parking, so had to park on the street November 16, when it not allowed. The rooms are on 2 levels, bedroom in upper side and the rest down stairs. The bedroom is just below the neighbour entry way. Not much insulation from noise. Dark bed sheet where camouflaging the dirty and stained bed protector and the stained bed. Call the neighbour for help. He told me this is the first time he as a problem with this. No one ever complained about the stained, because he is the one doing the cleaning and not a professional cleaning service. He told me to put more sheet on top of it. Of course they could not do anything else at 10h PM. If they would have cleaned properly the bed, it would not had been an issue. I could not sleep this bed. I end up at the hotel. The next day, I called VRBO to fix this. They told me, VRBO could not cancel nor reimbursed the stay, that is the owners choice. The owner was not picking up the phone when VRBO call him. The conversation with the owner continued for several days, but at the end he told me to ask again VRBO to cancel the reservation without reimbursing the reservation, so he can rent it to someone else. I lost my money and had to pay for hotel for 7 nights.
