The front desk was extremely helpful in giving us ideas for places we could visit on our two-day trip. The room and bathroom were clean. Hotel was conveniently located 7 minutes from the Metro station making going around really easy.

It’s an older hotel that is currently being renovated internally. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious, with a fridge, a comfortable bed, and a good bathroom, and there was no outside noise. However, we were uncomfortable with the air conditioning—it was very cold and a bit noisy, and there was no way to control it from the room. The parking is outdoors and there is almost never any space available, but there is a public parking lot across the street. I would stay here again; the services are in line with what you pay.

After reading all the reviews most raved about how clean the property was and that the location wasn’t the greatest. The location part was correct it wasn’t the greatest, our room on the other hand had stains all over the floor, the toilet paper holder, toilet and sink faucet were all loose and felt like at any moment they were just going to fall apart and our comforter had blood stains on it. Next up is the building is smoke free but after our first night there when we were on our way down to grab breakfast the whole 3rd floor and stunk of cigarettes and weed and when we brought this up they said well our building is smoke free so we don’t know. That night we could now smell it in our room, and the following morning in the hallway again, when we brought this back to their attention they just said we had asked everyone on the floor and they said that nobody had come forward about it, well obviously not as there not going to admit to breaking the rules.

Room felt safe and bed was very comfortable. There were issues with cleanliness - very stuffy / musty carpeting, crumbs in fridge, minor stains on duvet, etc. Complementary coffee was very appreciated as was the early check in and ablity to store luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Sincèrement, cet établissement manque d'amour et de propreté. Par contre, la literie est parfaite, le lit confortable, le tout très propre. Par contre, le reste est douteux. La cuisine pour les petits déjeuner est très sale; surtout la machinerie qui lève le coeur (voir photos). La chambre rénovée à petit prix laisse voir des traces de doigts, la robineterie non nettoyée...

Even though they offered free cold breakfast, the room condition was poor. They had a fan available (No in room air-conditioning) which made it difficult to sleep. The walls seem like they were made out of thin paper since we could literally hear the people on the top floor entering their room and walking around. Thank God I brought a white noise machine to tune out all the noise. The staff at the front desk though was very nice but I cannot return to this hotel due to cleanliness and loud noise.

Hotel is in the slums, is run down and dirty- no idea how it has 8 stars on Expedia. Dark, old, rundown. Staff was fine but facilities were awful- so disappointing. Would have spent more to move to a different property. Abandoned building across the street, homeless people everywhere. Not somewhere you want to be after dark.

Stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom room (queen beds). Room was super small. Super thin walls and could hear vehicles, nextdoor room TV, hallway walking loudly. Floor was giving creaky sounds near the washroom. Something was up through the walls/pipes that was making loud noices. Hardly got any sleep. Washroom shower head was broken where only few jets of the showerhead was working. We complained at the front desk, but, the rsponse was they were fully booked. Breakfast was terrible, literally the worst breakfast we have ever had in similar hotels. I wouldn't ever stay nor recommend this hotel at all.
