Expedia or Arena Palace have to refund me.

Expedia charged me on my Discover card when I booked. Hotel Arena Palace charged me when I checked in on my VISA. It is double charge. When I checked out I left notes to Hotel Owner/manager to complain double charge. I ask "Please refund me."

The worst place in the world. Don't go with this hotel. We had to change it when we saw it there. Without any return. No AC in the room, no washroom in the room, very old building, disgusting, the doors can not be locked, no elevator, no parking lot and you have to park way far and pay for parking in each 2 hour No air in the room... They say it's cheap and you shouldn't expect anything Don't trust to pictures in the website

Bonjour, Même mon chien, je ne mettrai jamais dans une chambre de cet hôtel. Vous allez me dire que c'est mon choix mais je pense que vous nous proposez cet hôtel sans inspection et surtout à 72 euros la nuit. Une chambre de 6 m² sans table ni chaise (on ne peut pas travailler), sans sanitaires, sans penderie, sans climatisation à Montréal en pein mois de juillet, des draps avec brulures des cigarettes, une odeur incroyable! Je demande réparation.

This place is terrible. No A/C. No screens in the windows. Smells like a chain smoker lives there. You have to buzz in every time you enter the building and hope the guys is awake. No parking, none at all. The ceiling fan had 2 out of 3 lights burnt out. You can’t have the fan on and lights off. Outlets are only 2 prong without a ground. If you try and get a refund, the wont answer the phone when Expedia calls them.

The room was very small. It had a smell inside the whole apartment. Not a great stay to enjoy. Morning staff was not very friendly. The fan was not working, it was so hot inside the room. Very very small bathroom, so so so tiny.

You get what you pay for here. It’s a very run down place that smells of smoke, and the bed is uncomfortable. The sheets don’t look clean either. There is a shared bathroom on each floor. I’m really not complaining though as it was a cheap place to stay for the F1 race, and just down the road from the Metro.

Low key, no frills place. Be aware of which room you're booking, not all of them have an integrated bathroom, but some do. Owners/people who worked there were all very kind and helpful. Wouldn't necessarily recommend it to anyone, but for the purposes of my short Mtl work trip, it absolutely did the job.

Peut-être une vieille bâtisse et petites chambres straight pas de Télévision, mais au moins pour le prix qu'on charge par nuit, quand c'est juste pour une à deux nuits soit pour le tourisme ou par affaire, et situé près de la station de Métro Berri UQAM, la gare Centrale D'autocar où se trouve le premier arrêt d'autobus # 747 Express de la STM vers l'aéroport International de Montréal. Parfait pour ceux qui arrivent par avion ou qui doivent aller prendre l'avion le lendemain vers une destination à l'extérieur du pays.

Dirty, filthy, extremely old, full of rats. Since arrival, bedsheets were not washed. Found the bed full of hairs, and the cushion with lipstick. Definitely a 3rd world country hotel.
