A la fin de notre 1er séjour, nous expliquons que nous revenons 7 jours plus tard et que nous aimerions avoir la même chambre ou une chambre similaire, l'agent à la réception ne peut nous garantir la même chambre, ce que nous comprenons et nous demande d'envoyer un mail pour préciser notre demande ce que nous faisons. Nous expliquons qu'à notre retour nous aurons une voiture donc nous aurons besoin d'une place de parking (on nous explique que c'est payant, on propose de payer pour réserver une place pour que la voiture de location soit en sécurité, mais on nous explique que c'est impossible). A notre retour, nous demandons a avoir une place de parking => impossible dans le parking intérieur (qui se situe dans un autre hôtel) au regard du gabarit de notre véhicule, impossible aussi dans le parking extérieur car plus de place... (on exprime notre contrariété et on nous explique que c'est "premier arrivé, premier servi" finalement, nous nous garons dans une rue près de l'hôtel mais du coup en termes de sécurité on repassera ! La chambre attribuée est bien différente de notre premier séjour => RDC à l'arrière de l'hôtel peu lumineuse, un peu glauque et bruyante. Heureusement ce n'était qu'une nuit étape dans notre road trip donc j'ai relativisé pour la chambre mais j'ai été déçue par rapport a notre 1er séjour. Je conseille malgré cela l'hôtel car vraiment central, de fait bon rapport qualité/prix à condition d'avoir des chambre dans le bâtiment principal.

Premier séjour Roberval (le premier nous sommes revenus 1 semaine plus tard et l'expérience n'était pas la même) très agréable. Notre premier séjour a duré 3 nuits, avant de commencer notre road trip. Nous avions une jolie chambre correspondant aux photos du site (un canapé/lit, kitchenette, SdB et chambre) avec jolie vue sur ville. Literie et chambre extrêmement confortable et calme. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, nous avons tout fait à pied. Le service de petit déjeuner est très bien et varié. Service de bagagerie disponible, utilisé le temps de récupérer la voiture. Très satisfaits du premier séjour.

This was my first visit to Le Roberval, although I have considered going there in the past. Rolled the dice on them this time, and I was very satisfied with the result. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Slept like a baby for three nights and had plenty of room for my stuff. Couldn't get the microwave to work, which was aggravating, but having a fridge was really nice. Breakfast was very nice. The staff works very hard to keep things stocked and fresh. I would be glad to return to Le Roberval in the future.

The room is pretty clean. I am happy with the 1bd suite with separate door for the bedroom. The breakfast is good. Most important that the location is perfect for touring downtown Montreal. Most of the sites are just walkable distances. The hotel has almost no parking. You have to drive to the nearby public parking. The washroom needs some upgrades. All the rest are good!

I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Roberval. It was very reasonably priced, especially considering that my room had a kitchenette and a full shower/tub. The room was clean, and I didn’t have any problem with noise. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the bus stop to/from the airport, a metro station, and a Bixi bicycle stand. Also close to restaurants, cafes, and Old Port.

Location is good, 5mins walking to nearest metro station, all other locations are nearby and just 14-20mins walking distance. Staff is good. Rooms were clean. Kitchen was good with all the needed utensils. Free continental breakfast was good. Overall very happy with the stay.
