Very clean and comfortable. Extremely convenient location to travel Montréal. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and will provide information/exchange rate for easy access to enjoy your trip!
We booked this room to go to the F1 race. Good location and pricing was fair. Staff was super helpful. Facility and room was clean. Couple suggestions is have soap and paper towel in shared bathrooms. Beds could use an upgrade.
Good deal for a good price; the staff are friendly, the hotel itself is clean, and the location is great. I was a little surprised by the lack of kitchen utensils and toilet paper available, but spent little time in the hotel itself so was not a big issue.
Hôtel mini, it’s exactly that.. a mini hôtel, cheap and perfect if you just want a place to sleep without paying for flafla.. Having the access to the second floor community deck was nice. Quiet and cheap. Nice staff, clean and mini!
It was clean and nice, the only thing is that the AC makes a lot of noise when ON.

There are many positives about the hotel such as its proximity to the Gay Village (attending Pride) and the staff were lovely and so pleasant. I do wish I had a toilet in the room itself but I was booking extremely last minute with little availability so other rooms may have their own.

It's a 1 star hotel, Don't expect more than that. Rooms are small, bed is uncomfortable, AC unit loud, lacks noise insulation on windows and doors, place looks a bit old and needs some upgrades. On the other hand, place was clean, staff is friendly and helpful, location is convenient, close to subway stations. Surroundings are kind of sketchy but not dangerous, many Junkies on the street behind (rainbow street).
Booked after reading all the reviews and kept in mind it was kinda like staying in a hostel with a private room. I did have to share the bathroom which was a little uncomfortable as a solo female very late at night. You'll share the kitchen and a dining/common area with your floor as well. Your floor is locked so only a certain amount of people had access to that area which made me feel safer. I really only needed a place to sleep and keep my things so this was perfect for me and was the cheapest place in the area. Staff was amazing and extremely friendly and guided me around the area and made it easy to go sight seeing! Room and common area were clean, cold, and the building smelled nice! Super close to the mall and downtown area.
Other than a pretty good location on the fronge of the old city, this was one tedius, meager stayover. Sorry , as the staffer seemed quite helpful , however, not anywhere near our comfort zone. Not able to use the balcony, due to the sliding door not working, the shower area with an electrical outlet 8 inches from the shower door ( could be a real fire hazard), havimg to disconnect and move the fridge to plug in the a/c, due to a lack of outlets, no TV, and a mini sink in the bed room area. Nice attendant, real rough room.
This is more of a hostel than a hotel. When something is called a "hotel" you have a certain expectation. There were no chairs or desks, no lamps (just the big overhead light), no decor, and no TV in our room. There was a sink in the room, but no cups. There are shared bathrooms. The common areas were not particularly comfortable. The kitchen area had no cups or utensils. The service was transactional and not particularly friendly or welcoming. On a positive note, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. If you're looking for a bed for the night and a hostel-type experience, this place is perfectly fine. If you're looking for a typical hotel room, you'll be disappointed.
As a non French speaking tourist in Montreal I was welcomed warmly by kind staff who speak both English and French with a very lovely and cozy building that has a great selection of rooms including some that are great if you are on a budget. Hotel Mini is definitely a place that I recommend for anyone staying a few nights in the area. Also I forgot to mention the location of the establishment probably couldn’t get any better
