Location!!! What a wonderful apartment in Old Montreal! We came to visit for a bruins game and was able to walk everywhere downtown. Washer dryer, kitchen and living room. We chose the 2 bedroom which was perfect for 3 people. Nespresso machine and a few free pods were a very nice touch. I was very comfortable in the beds and they provided lots of pillows. My husband doesn’t like memory foam so he thought the bed was a little hard. There is construction in the area and the workers would load their truck at 6:30 am every morning for about 20 minutes but no fault to owners The owners were very responsive and quick to answer. Parking is across the street for $40 per night. Very close. You can park in front to unload if you want. Elevator very cool and old fashioned if you can’t take the stairs. We were hot at night and opened the windows a bit. We didn’t see a way to adjust the temperature but we didn’t ask either. Our fault. I am sure the owners would have addressed it quickly. Thanks again for a lovely stay!!

It’s in the best location in the old port, by the river in one side and famous St Paul shops and architecture on the other side. You can literally step outside your door and you have museums for adults and kids, not to mention the restaurants and mini grocery stores. The place is large and fully equipped for cooking and laundry. It was our second stay and we will be back again.

Such a great space for a family! We are a family of four staying in Montreal for the week. The apartment was perfect for our needs. The location can’t be beat with lots of shops and restaurants within an easy walk. The space was comfortable for the four of us; allowing us to do some work, and have some meals in. Views from the apartment were beautiful too. Would definitely stay again.

Sunny, Spacious with a Nice River View

Convenient location in Old Montreal, with a nice view of St Lawrence River. Apartment is spacious, more than enough room for 2 guests, with a large kitchen and dining area. Bed was firm and very comfortable; rest of the furniture not much so. Nice touch that windows could open and allow fresh air, tho only an inch or two. Wifi was strong and fast. Access information arrived less than half an hour before entry and after I reached out for an update. And while it sounds like a hotel arrangement, just be aware that any additional service like daily or 1-time cleaning or early or late arrivals all come with an additional fee.

Perfect location. Loved the cleanliness and design of the place. Especially the convenience of live music and restaurants at your doorstep. The view overlooking the port was spectacular. Communication was excellent. Will definitely book again next time we’re in Old Montreal.

Le seul point négatif de la chambre, c'est que c'est mal insonorisé (les fenêtre ne bloquent pas le son). On entend la musique du restaurant en-dessous jusqu'à 23h (comme si on était dans le restaurant), les gens qui sortent des bars a 3h du matin, quand le train passe (à 4h30 le matin) on à l'impression d'être sur la track directement et on entend les voisins d'au-dessus marcher. Mais mon plus gros problème à été la tentative d'ajouter des frais de nettoyages, après avoir réservé et payé. Ils disaient que c''était un "oubli", mais c'était très louche. J'ai voulu cancellé, mais c'était non remboursable, puis ils m'ont offert de réduire les frais, puis finalement les ont cancellé. Bref, au final ça l'a bien fini, mais j'espère que c'était réellement un oubli (dans lequel cas, il aura du absorber leur erreur et ne pas m'en parler) et non une pratique d'affaire déshonnête.

Too expensive, missing basic expectations

Only giving this 2 stars for the location. Apartment was not cleaned, very poorly equipped. The couch was covered in feathers from the pillows and there was absolutely no toilet paper in the unit. It took almost 24 hours for the property to provide toilet paper…. Would not recommend for the price, it’s a shame it is poorly run.

Beside train tracks and winter events so can be noisy. Couch too low. Bed very firm. Suggest need wall mounted extendable mirror in bathroom . Love old historical building incorporating with new, & high ceilings, tall windows with Great view of pier, park, Faris wheel, and museums. Maintenance & communication staff very good. Old fashioned elevator was cool.Great location to all of old Montreal, & metro station only 4 city blocks takes you to other parts of Montreal. Apartment has almost everything one needs.

The location of this property is good, overall clean apt and management responsive . However, the beds (small) and couch are extremely uncomfortable. Although there is a kitchen, there’s no basics needed to cook ( ex. salt and pepper). There’s no extra blankets, garbage bags, etc. overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as a place with amenities to stay and have a good night sleep.
