It was a beautiful hotel newer hotel, the rooms were amazing. The staff was amazing. We were allowed to leave her suitcases there until we left for our airport later in the day we got a free drink when we arrived with alcohol, but the drip coffee could be a lot better I can’t believe it’s not free because it should be. It’s too weak.pool and sauna was a bonus

We had no issues eating out or ordering from the restaurant/bar, but it would’ve been nice to have a microwave to warm up leftovers. The mini-fridge was also very small—great for a few drinks, but not much else.

We had 3 rooms for three nights, cost about $3k. Heres what we wished we'd known before booking: there is no patio for the resteraunt like they said. There is no outdoor space around the pool like the website says. The pool itself needs to be cleaned desperately. The bathrooms only have barn doors on them, so very little privacy when sharing the room. And the main reason we would never go back: theres no coffee in the rooms- there is coffee in the lobby for $4 a cup, but some days they tell us the coffee is "sold out" - and the next closest coffee is 3 blocks away. So, if you're like most people who are used to having free coffee included in your hotel stay, this should be a deal breaker for you.

Easy to navigate around the city from our hotel. The staff was so lovely, from the front desk to the restaurant. Beautiful fitness facilities. Will definitely stay there again.

C’est tellement un hotel extraordinaire! Par contre le cocktail gratuit d’accueil je n’ai pas pu l’avoir car je ne consomme que eau et liqueur diete et on n’a pas voulu me substituer. À Moxy Halifax ils me donnent un coke diet à la place. À Moxy Time Square ils nous donnent un budget et à Moxy Boston aussi. Je suis déçue de Montréal sur cet aspect.

Great service and nice new building (upper apartment floors still under construction). Quiet room except one morning we were awakened by concrete hammer-drilling above our room at just after 7am. The immediate area isn’t great but just blocks from old Montreal and the shopping district made it easy to get around on foot. No in room storage or coffee maker was a big miss in my opinion - waited in line every morning for a coffee which did not make me happy.

Personnel ultra sympathique. Hôtel avec un look moderne, industriel. Les aires communes sont magnifiques. La piscine est géniale. C’est parfait avec les enfants, il y a une étage pour relaxer et jouer à des jeux. Mes négatifs: la taille des chambres qui est minuscule et l’éclairage trop feutré, il est impossible de se préparer correctement. Je recommandes à 100%, surtout si vous recherchez un séjour dans un décor impressionnant!

Bien en general, personnel sympathique mais j’ai ete un peu decu qu’il n’y ait meme pas une seule bouteille d’eau dans le petit frigo de la chambre qu’elle soit payante ou pas et aucune machine à café non plus. Sinon l’hotel est nickel, parking valet tres cher,, ca monte a 41$ avec taxes…

We really enjoyed our stay at the Moxy. We had read other reviews complaining about AC but ours worked perfectly fine, especially given the heat wave! The hotel is very new so all the rooms and spaces are immaculate. I love the fun vibe and decor. Check in took a while. They could use another person during busy hours. That said, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Also I used the EV charger and it worked perfectly. An overnight charge got me to 100% for my next day drive to Ontario for only $10. Super convenient!

We loved our stay at the Moxy Large room comfortable beds large bathroom with good quality toiletries. Extra towels kettle ice bucket pool towels available in stash room. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. Great bar with a complimentary cocktail once during our stay. Walkable to old Montreal and Catherine street etc. Will stay again.

This is a really new building. Patrons should realize that this is a different concept compared to other hotels. Staff are casual in their dress, interactions and overall demeanour. The one staff member in blazer approached me from the door with, “yo, I’m not gunna lie… you look really tired”… I’m a pretty chill person and I likely indeed looked tired but certainly this is not the vibe at most hotels with this price tag. Staff seemed to need a bit of coaching in behaviours that impact client return rather than in the moment pleasantries. If you need towels you will need to advocate for yourself. Staff are friendly and willing but the model relies on your effort. The restaurant seems ghostly hopefully in time it picks up. They offered a tasty welcome drink upon arrival and I felt that was very nice. The location is perfectly situated away from chaos and everything awesome is a walkable distance. This location lacks some frills that we are accustomed to (i.e., room service) but is the perfect spot for lowkey lodging to get out and about daily with easy. Easy reception for food delivery if need (i.e., Uber Eats…InstaCart). Overall for my needs I would return. * pls furnish rooms with alarm clocks.

I recently stayed at The Moxy, a newly built hotel that truly impressed me with its chic design and upscale amenities. The layout is modern and stylish, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere from the moment you walk in. One of the highlights for me was the gym and pool located on the 12th floor. Not only are these facilities well equipped and maintained, but they also offer stunning panoramic views of downtown, making workouts and relaxation even more enjoyable. The staff at The Moxy were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely return. The combination of great amenities, excellent service, and prime location makes The Moxy a fantastic choice for travelers looking for a stylish and comfortable hotel experience.

The stay was great! Staff were so kind and informative. There was a free cocktail for every person staying as well. Only complaint is the food we took back to our room was a considerably smaller than eating downstairs but that’s the only bad thing to be said! Would definitely stay here again!
