The property is in an area that isn’t especially scenic; there’s another hotel nearby but the neighbourhood seems mostly comprised of business buildings. However, inside the hotel the staff members are all efficient, helpful and welcoming. Some aspects of the property look a bit shabby (worn carpet, for instance) but overall it is well kept and features a central swimming pool and lounge area that has plenty of room for kids who need to have fun swimming and splashing and adults who want to relax and visit. There are a number of games including foosball. My room was a pleasant surprise: I opened the door to a sleek, modern space in soothing shades of grey, a wall-mounted television, and an enormous bed made up in lovely white linens and four large pillows—I had a fantastic sleep! Lots of lighting options and a Keurig coffee maker are details I appreciated, as well as the microwave and energy star mini fridge. Thoughtful design ensured that I had a desk with chair, a small couch and coffee table, a closet, wall hooks (rare but very useful), a safe, a bench with built in dresser-type drawers, and a long mirror. I wanted to take a bath but couldn’t locate the plug so I took a shower and discovered that the large brass shower head rains hot water—delightful! The Radisson supplies individual toiletries but I hope they will switch to the dispensers many hotels are using these days because it’s far less wasteful. Overall, my room was excellent!

I called for a shuttle 10 minutes before I needed it and waited for an hour. Called again and was told they were on their way. Continued to wait and called two more times. Waited for a total of three hours and still didn't get a shuttle. I have to get an uber. They then double charged me at the restaurant and held a deposit on a prepaid room for a week. Still haven't been compensated for the double charge at the restaurant. Also they have mattresses and other furnishings stacked in the hallway by my room and don't have a complementary breakfast like advertised and the pool is only available on the weekend. Terrible experience.

The room was clean, renovated! The black out curtain has holes in it. The scan card did not work when we parked near our room to get back in the hotel. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful. Garbage was overflowing near the parking by our room.

Good for a stop over. Airport shuttle, comfortable room and bed all good. No complimentary water in room. Coffee maker didn’t work well. Restaurant was closed in the evening. Included breakfast would have been nice at the price of this hotel.

For the price they should include some kind of breakfast. Even a muffin would have been nice. The only thing they seem to have is a $20 buffet. I had to walk 15mins to a subway for a breakfast sandwich.

The service at the bar and at the front desk were great. The hallway and room itself was dark and dingy. More or brighter lights are needed. The room could be accessed by two doors however one of the doors did not have a safety latch. The hotel was loud late at night. We did not use the pool as it did not look appealing. The wifi did not work. I’m very disappointed and expected a lot more for what I paid

I have addressed the issues to my team and we hope it won't happen again on your next stay. You can always ask the front desk to switch rooms if the room you're in doesn't suit you. The front desk can also call maintenance to fix issues with your room if ever, the same thing goes with the weak wifi connection. We know you spend so much at our hotel and we want to assure our guests to have a good and better experience when they come back.

I booked the hotel 50 days in advance. The room I chose was the apartment with living room and separate bedroom. That's because this was my wedding trip, and my best man came from another country and could stay with us. With less than 1 week left, they call me, saying that that room would not be available. Only an ordinary room, with only one bed, would be offered to us. And that, WITHOUT REFUNDING ANY CENT!! The most they could do is add a folding bed to the room. Yes, that's what you're getting at: I slept with my wife and best man on our wedding night. Well, getting there, our room was in an area of the hotel that is under renovation. It had an UNBEARABLE fresh paint smell. There were no trash cans, no coffee machine, no iron and ironing board, and guess what? The foldable bed wasn't there either. We had to ask and wait a long time, as we arrived at night and tired. To top it off, the staff is extremely rude (with the exception of the cleaning staff) and unhelpful. My advice: stay away from this hotel. There are better and cheaper hotels in the same region!

The property is run down and in desperate need of updating. They have added new stuff to an old room. Example: new flooring, and mirror but the bathroom is in terrible condition and the curtains in the room are old and ripped.

One day the cleaning staff came and took all our towels and didn’t give us any new ones. The second day no one came to clean our room at all and when I called to asked for towels the front desk said they would have some brought up and never did. The next day we asked the cleaning staff for towels when we saw them in the hall and they just said no. The one restaurant is $20 for breakfast and is horrible. The hotel is far away from everything except the airport.

The guy at the front desk, the youngest East Indian boy that worked the evening, he was the greatest part of our stay. There was renovations going on, and we were thrown into that area. But he helped us to get a better room. We went there in the evening. The next morning we were not allowed to use the pool as it was closed. So, therefore, there was nothing for us to do there at all, we were pretty darn disappointment. But like I said, the guy at the front desk was the best.
