Avoid this rental like the plague!Our stay was a complete disaster. The rental was not only in an unacceptable condition but also failed to meet the basic standards advertised in the listing.-The apartment was filthy. We discovered a significant amount of dirt and trash, including personal items and dirty underwear, under and next to the beds. We had to clean up large clumps of dirt ourselves. The headboards were so dirty that wiping them left a black residue on a paper towel. Thick dust and cobwebs were present everywhere—in corners, on plastic plants, on dressers, light fixtures, windows, and around appliances. We have photos documenting every single issue reported here.In addition to the shocking lack of cleanliness, we faced several other problems that made our stay uncomfortable and unsafe:-The advertised AC was not working. Despite contacting the host three times, the issue was not resolved until the following afternoon, leaving us to endure a hot summer week without proper cooling.-We were not warned about the front entrance being under repair. A significant amount of debris made walking in and out hazardous. There were other issues as well......The condition of this property was a complete letdown. We contacted the host directly after our stay to request a refund, but after a week of silence, he responded by accusing us of lying and making up stories. Given our experience and the host's ack of accountability, we feel it is our duty to warn others.
