「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

「Great property in a central location on the Plateau. Quiet, clean room. Check in was straightforward and instructions sent well in advance. Within walking distance to many pedestrian friendly areas and upbeat stores and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to a subway station. Kitchenette was handy and room was well stocked. Parking can be challenging, we ended up parking at an offsite parking lot for our trip, about 15 minutes away. Not bad for the walk. Note that there are many stairs in...

「Excellent location. Cute place. Loved all the nearby restaurants. We enjoyed Spanish Tapas the first night right across the street, then Sammi’s Dumplings the last night and a Persian Late at Montiran Cafe one evening. The metro stop is just a block away, so it was easy to come and go during the day. Our room was facing Saint-Denis, so there was always light out, even with the roller blind down. If you are a light sleeper, there was a lot of noise outside, maybe because of some nearby...

「Not really recommended to book a stay here. The AC was leaking so bad and flooded the floor, and the host only responsive on the first day and be gone after. Only 3 towel was provided despite we book 3 days stay for 3 people. When we arrived, the unit is not properly cleaned, missing the tv remote, the washer/dryer were not working and the mattress of the sofa bed were dirty. It was unpleasant and not enjoyable stay at all. Hope they would fix it for the future customers.」

「Service better than what i expected.」

「地點位置非常方便，房間相當乾淨，空間也相當舒適，非常推薦」

「The location was great and having private parking was a bonus. Room was small but I knew it in advance and it is not really problem as there is a shared living and kitchen area that you can use. My main disappointment was the mini fridge in my room which wasn't cleaned since previous guest(s) and it was a bit loud for that tiny room. Also host is not good to reply messages but he provided a complete check in information.」

「It’s ok」

「Absolutely no value and atmosphere near property is below average」

「Great location and very pet friendly. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Parking was a little difficult as you had to rely on street parking. Many space were only for permit holders.」

「Amazing place to stay at !!!」

「The unit had a horrific smell of urine from the moment we checked in. We tried to air the unit out with the windows for 8 hours but the smell persisted. We discussed with the hotel to receive a refund of the second night and were told they would refund us but they went behind our back directly to Expedia to negotiate a lower refund than what they agreed on with us. Horrible experience. Will not be booking this hotel or on Expedia ever again.」

「Located right in the middle of shopping, restaurant, bars, and nightclubs. Easy access to buses, bikes, and metro.」
