「A lovely cottage in a rural location located about 10Km from Condom and close to a number of scenic bastide towns (Montreal, Lannepax, Fources to name a few). The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and all rooms were clean and furnished in keeping with the property. Lisa, the property manager was very helpful providing lots of useful information on restaurants, markets, and places to visit. 「Annonce quelque peu trompeuse, vous ne serez pas au milieu des vignes, vous ne les verrez même pas de votre logement.Vous serez au bord d'une route très passante ou les gens roulent à grande vitesse. Vous aurez les bruits de roulement incessants si vous comptez manger dehors.La décoration très "anglaise" est assez particulière...Si vous avez des animaux de compagnie attendez vous à ce qu'on vous demande un caution de 500 euros à votre arrivée !La piscine est vraiment très bien ! 」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ann et Ron! Le gîte aux volets verts est agréable, conforme aux photos, la piscine quant à elle, est parfaite. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, la cuisine est fonctionnelle et les espaces extérieurs agréables.Ann et Ron sont plein de petites attentions et toujours de bon conseils pour visiter la région. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement ! 」

「Estancia súper tranquila, para desconectar y relajarte en su piscina. Panadería y supermercado a pocos pasos. El pequeño apartamento muy completo, con todo tipo de útiles para cocinar, y camas muy cómodas para descansar. Personal muy agradable a pesar de no hablar el mismo idioma. Siempre con una sonrisa. Muy agradables. 」

「Prachtig uitzicht op de velden vanuit zwembad. Ruime woning met drie eettafels ( twee buiten) voor 14 personen met twee zeer ruime badkamers. Nérac ligt op twee kilometer afstand van de woning bereikbaar via mooie wandelwegen.」

「We stayed at Cedric's property for three weeks, with friends coming to visit during that period. The house is really nicely set up to allow for entertaining and relaxing; the pool is the perfect temp, the house is cool during hot days and the living room and kitchen are spacious and well laid out. 「An incredible stay, none of us wanted to leave! Absolutely charming and very helpful owners. The grounds are beautiful and gave everything you need and more and the sunset view is terrific. Cannot recommend enough and we will be back when we can for sure! Kids (4 and 7 years old) and us had a superb and relaxing stay.」
