We were very happy with how clean and bright the house was. Plenty of furniture for all of us to relax in the evening after a day of exploring Montrose and surrounding sites. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels for bathing and the swing on the front porch was a nice place to relax after a walk around the neighborhood. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, clean, comfortable place to stay.

My daughters and I greatly enjoyed our week at this house. It was the perfect place to rest and recoup each evening after a day of adventures. The house was clean and comfortable and gave us each our own room. The fully stocked kitchen and grill allowed us to make dinner together each night. As a single parent, I felt safe and comfortable. We had no issues at all and would love to return

Great location in quiet neighborhood

We were visiting Black Canyon, which was so accessible from the cottage. It felt like it was in the center of town, and with the grocery store close by, it felt like home with all the little conveniences. It made it easy to explore Montrose as well - we went to the Ute Indian museum as well. Overall, the place was quiet, clean, and we were able to come back after our days exploring and hiking to decompress and make a home cooked meal. Thanks for letting us stay!

Comfortable Stay

The house was nice. It was clean and roomy enough for four people. It was close to the Black Canyons and a short drive to restaurants for dinner since we chose not to cook. The instructions were thorough. We did not need to contact our host at all.

Overall the stay was fine. The house is comfortable and close to a lot of stuff in town, as well as close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. During our stay, one of the two toilets did not work at all. Also, there aren't many sockets in the bedrooms close to the beds.

Home away from home

Our stay was so great - from good communication with the host, to the comfortable, safe space itself, to being able to do some laundry and cook at home, to the cleanliness and overall quality of the home, to the distance to great restaurants, breweries, distilleries, etc... we truly enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely stay again when in the area next. thank you!

We found the house as depicted well stocked kitchen with extras. Very comfortable bed plenty of supplies. Location is very close to town and restaurants. Our only issue was it is on a busy street and people driving way too fast and kids with noisy cars must be a thing in Montrose. We would rent again.

Purple Power!

Super clean and comfy home that is so beautifully decorated. 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 baths, huge living room, functional kitchen. Outdoor seating in backyard. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Would book again!

The house was equipped with the essentials needed for our family of 5. Grocery store is within 5 minute drive. Location was great for excursions to Telluride (about 1.15 hr drive) and Black Canyon of the Gunnison (about 30 min drive).
