  • Welcome to Montrose and welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom featuring updated furnishings- and sleeps 8 people.

    The home is in a quiet neighborhood on the south side of own only minutes from the Bridges Golf Course. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi garden tub and separate shower. The home has two additional bedrooms and an additional bathroom.

    The beautiful backyard is fenced with outdoor living space. The home also has central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a two-car garage available for use for guests.

    AMENITIES INCLUDE:
    • Updated home with updated furnishings
    • Ready to cook-in kitchen
    • Microwave, coffee maker (drip), toaster, blender, and crock pot
    • 2 Smart TVs- one in living room, one in master

Amazing place!

House was as described, clean, and great location. We stayed for a guy’s ski trip and the location was perfect for hitting all of the mountains. The house was well stocked and everything you need to make meals. We will definitely stay here again!

Pre-hunting accommodations

Very nice, clean house in a nice neighborhood close to town. Plenty of beds for our group, nice kitchen and living room for socializing. Worked out great to allow us to get ready for our upcoming hunting trip. Hope to be back again next year.

Great montrose adventure

This is a perfect place for a family vacation. House is very clean and up to date. Beds are very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We ate most meals at the house and had plenty of nice dishes and utensils to use. We used it as our base to explore black canyon and Colorado national monument. Perfect location on the outer edge of town in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay at this place again.
