A no-frills type of hotel, it provided us exactly what we needed: a convenient, comfy and extremely clean place to stay. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. 「The room was clean. It had been recently refreshed with new decor. Either the nextdoor guest or previous guest had smoked in the bathroom. The owner was very helpful in trying to clear out the smell. For the price I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice it was. It looks to be family owned and they are going through and remodeling/refreshing each room. Air conditioning was fabulous. Beds are comfy and linens were fresh and clean.」

「We arrived at the Baymont after 6 hours of driving. I went into the lobby Men’s room and was greeted by an overflowing toilet of feces, no toilet paper, a cup of coffee on the sink and smell to wake the dead. I will post the photo’s. The house is old and beautiful, my curiosity of growing up near this property made me want to stay here instead of Hampton Inn.
