À very good place and the calm

Très vieille demeure typique de Majorque isolée sur un grand terrain doté de magnifiques orangers et citronniers. Tout confort, douche extérieure, un régal. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales. La terrasse était jonchée de feuilles mortes et d’excréments d’oiseaux, donc pas top d’arriver dans une location et de devoir faire le ménage extérieur en totalité. De même, nous n’avons pas utilisé la barbecue car il était très sale. Dommage, qu’il n’ y ait pas non plus de parasols en bon état… donc super location pour l’intérieur mais extérieur à revoir très certainement. Je pense que le propriétaire devrait passer après les agents d’entretien afin de vérifier si la location est opérationnelle ou pas

We had a great time at the finca. If you are looking for a place to relax which is far away from the citiy buzz - this is the place you want. The finca is well located in the middle of the island but you would def need a car to be independent. You can see and hear the motorway but the animals around (mostly sheeps and birds) are equally loud. The check in and overall communication was great.

This is a very charming little house in the middle of the countryside . You can see and hear the main road but the birds song is equally loud. We were just surprised by the steps inside the house, which also gives it some character but can be tricky if not attentive or less mobile . There is also a steep staircase to access the bed on the mezzanine , in the main living area which is not described in the photos. Good experience overall, perfect to relax and enjoy the sunny weather .

Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem tollen Häuschen sehr genossen. Die schöne Dachterrasse und die ruhige Lage haben zur Erholung beigetragen. Ein Auto ist ein Muss.
