Toller Finca

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr gut gefallen. Der Außenbereich ist richtig toll und man hat mehrere Plätze zum entspannen. Der Eigentümer war jeden Morgen da, um den Pool zu reinigen und hat und auch bei kleinen Problemen sofort geholfen. Wir können einen Urlaub in dem Objekt ohne weiteres empfehlen und können uns auch wieder vorstellen dort nochmal unseren Urlaub zu verbringen.

Alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Ausreichend Spielzeug und Auslauf für die Kinder. Wenn man abseits seine Ruhe genießen möchte ist es der ideale Ort für Entspannung.

This Villa is truly amazing.

This Villa is truly amazing. MY wife and my 2 daughters just spend a week here for our summer vacation, and had a total blast!!! It is lovely and peaceful so no-one disturbs you, and you dont disturb other people, but only a 5mins drive from the local town and a couple of fantastic restaurants. A huge pool, 3 great bedrooms, airconditioning throughout, a great external facing bathroom/shower for use when you are in the pool, BBQ and loads of seating outside for meals and relaxing.. And all topped off with a super friendly owner. Definitely recommend

The Villa was absolutely stunning

The Villa was absolutely stunning, the grounds are beautiful and really well looked after, the pool was great and the whole outside area is so private and tranquil! Literally 4 mins drive to the supermarket and 30 mins to the local towns and beaches. Patrick the host was great and so responsive for anything we needed. The owner was brilliant and left us a freshly baked cake the day after we arrived. He came to see us on the last day and was super friendly. Couldn’t have had a more perfect trip! Already looking to book again for next year!!! Thank you…….

Es war einfach toll. Tolle Gastgeber, ein super Haus mit vielen Spielsachen für die Kinder und Sportmöglichkeiten für die Erwachsenen (Tischtennis, Tennis) Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (sogar eine Eismaschine) und die kühlmöglichkeiten sind mehr als geräumig. Besonders toll fanden wir den (umzäunten) Pool, der mit kleinen Kindern einfach zur Erholung beiträgt, da man den Kleinen auf Schritt und tritt hinterherlaufen muss. Danke für den tollen Urlaub. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Homerti, where fantastic. They responded quickly and were very helpful. We had someone arrive on site and help us settle in. We arrived late at night so it was doubly important to us as we had young children with us. We will look for properties that Homerti manages in the future.

Heerlijke rustige ruime villa

De kinderen vermaakten zich prima in het zwembad (wel even wennen aan het ietwat zoute water), op de tennisbaan (oud, maar prima om te spelen) of met allerhande aanwezig buiten speelgoed. Helaas waaide het wat te hard voor een potje pingpong. Wij genoten onder de veranda van hen en van lekker eten van de BBQ en de heerlijke locale producten die de eigenaar geregeld kwam brengen als hij het zwembad in alle vroegte kwam schoonmaken. Van verse olijfolie van de bomen bij het huis tot de amandeltaart van de locale bakker. Mooi midden op het eiland gelegen, zodat je met een huurauto makkelijk alle streken kunt bezichtigen. Er zijn anno 2019 veel nieuwe geasfalteerde wegen, maar de kleine charmante kronkelwegen maken de gemiddelde rit naar een baaitje toch snel 45 minuten. Juni is een fijne periode op Mallorca. Ik kan dit mensen die van rust, ruinte en mooie natuur houden echt aanbevelen!

Absolute gem in Mallorca!

We booked this house for our honeymoon having never been to Mallorca. We were a little cautious about the location being so far away from Palma, but ended up being so very impressed with both the location and the beautiful house! The house is wonderfully maintained and is right near one of the major island highways to get you wherever you need to go within about 20-30min. The pool is amazing, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need (minus the groceries, but there are supermarkets very close by), and the outdoor patio is absolutely stunning! We ended up eating all our meals outside and enjoyed every minute of the tranquil peace surrounding us. I highly recommend this house, but don’t want anyone to rent it because we want to come back many times! :) Muchas gracias!!

Great villa and perfect for a relaxing holiday away

Great villa and perfect for a relaxing holiday away. The local town is a 7 minute drive and has a supermarket and a few restaurants/bars. Pizzeria es poli is at the top of the hill with stunning views and excellent food and service - make sure to visit! Not much within walking distance but perfect if hiring a car. Lots of activities at the villa including a tennis court, all equipment provided. Hosts were extremely friendly and helped us sort out taxis back to the airport. Would strongly recommend securing accurate directions though as the location isn’t on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps or gps. The co-ordinates work, or ask the host for the nearest road that is in (Hidden by Airbnb) maps (a few mins away) and directions from there. Overall a lovely villa and great for a peaceful holiday and would definitely return.
