"Let me tell you: about two days before my arrival to the hotel, for some reason I was reading very bad comments about the conditions of the hotel and the rudeness of the staff; however everybody coincided on highlighting the beautiful views from the hotel… I got a bit concern about what I was reading but it was too late to change. Well, guess what? My experience was totally different! I did not get a view, probably because the type of room that I booked, actually it was the worst view to an interior patio, but in compensation I found very kind and helpful staff and a very functional and clean room, a bit simple but all was in great condition and working! So, it has been a great experience! The hotel is the best located in Zaragoza and definitely I will book again this hotel😎🇪🇸"

"The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The sheets on the bed were not very soft so I found them to be scratchy. The paid parking was accessible to the hotel lobby so that was GREAT. It was challenging to find it, but the staff were very helpful and gave us perfect directions to the garage. Staff was super! Everything was very walkable to the hotel. "

"Very nice hotel centrally located near the Plaza Pilar, Plaza España and the old town. Transportation is readily available to take you anywhere in the cith from the Plaza de España. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My oly negative is that the rooms might benefit from a refresh of the carpet and beds."

"Very good location. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and sites. Parking garage under hotel was easy to manage. However was difficult to find side street from main street. The hotel staff was very friendly. Allowed us to check in early. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable, very lumpy pillow. Thin walls, was able to hear neighbors on both sides of the wall. An electrical outlet in the bathroom was dangling out of the wall. But in general very nice and fancy looking hotel. Breakfast wasn’t worth the cost but convenient. "
