“The room was clean, not so much the courtyard. We had expired milk in the fridge, which was replaced on request. A continental breakfast was advertised. I feel a few packets of cereal, a couple of slices of bread with jam & a small cup of juice doesn’t really constitute a continental breakfast.”

“Excellent service. Good Value. The only minor issue (tongue in cheek) was whenever you engaged the Manage in conversation you needed 20 minutes. She was an Absolute Character. We would Definitely stay there again.”

Spa jets were filthy of which I paid extra for a room with spa and also the bed was quite uncomfortable ! Extremely watched coming into town and also leaving town ! Over all a repulsive experience! Also smoking is allowed far too close to the rooms and the coal mine stinks ! Not worth the money ! ”
