"為了度蜜月特地定了水上屋，結果再出發前兩天收到email 說房間要維修，我回覆了怎麼辦，飯店回覆兩個答案，幫我們升等或到他們的姐妹渡假村並未提到如何去是否產生費用，等我們到了才知道給我們低一級的房間所我們兩人的spa ，這樣說是升等其實不盡然，在經過協調又得知其他的水上屋都有開放惟有我們這間要維修，實在太奇怪了，美好的蜜月假期所期待的就是這間水上屋結果只能站在外面拍照，真的太失望了，而且飯店並未告知Expedia 讓他們跟我們通知找出好的方式去解決真的真的太生氣了。"

"The staff is nice and helpful. You can feel free to eat and drink in their bars. A very good place for snorkeling and deep diving as you can see different kind of fishes, especially the small sharks !"

"We enjoyed 7 days holiday with family in this very nice hotel, management did a good job to maintain the overall environment, it is clean at the beach/road/room, it is really a good and beautiful hotel. And thanks to the Kids Club, they took good care of my kids (interesting diversified activities) ..."
