Family Home - Pets welcome . 15km to Australia Zoo, 20km to amazing beaches.

Beautiful, historic 3 BR Queenslander in the heart of Mooloolah Valley Sunshine Coast, only a short drive to the iconic Australia Zoo and the pristine beaches of the Sunny Coast. Mooloolah is a quiet township with a gorgeous village centre complete with IGA, bakery, cafe, Thai and more. Surrounded by beautiful national parks to explore and the refreshing Ewen Maddock Dam to swim in.

The house is very comfortable, plenty of board games, books and puzzles to keep the kids entertained. You’ll love the convenience of being extremely close to the local shops, playgrounds and skate park. No need to drive into town.
The property has a big, fully fenced backyard and fully fenced front yard, the house is very private.
The huge rear deck has a beautiful views towards Maleny, relax on the outside furniture or have dinner on the 8 seater table watching the sunset. The gorgeous deck is loved by all our guests.

Linen, bedding and towels are provided. New air conditioner installed 23/1/24, new oven installed 12/7/2023.

We loved the home, its layout, doorways left and right, the contents and yard. The back covered area was a focal point for us to relax and enjoy the areas serenity and especially birdlife. Less than a minute to the shops with a great coffee, treats an IGA and local towns for a wider experience. This Queenslander style house is quirky and cool, a great kitchen and our Labrador loved the yard and deck. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of room. Would be great for families or couples.

Comfortable home for a quiet week away

We were after a quiet week away with our adult kids and our dog and that is just what we got. Nat's place is a great place to relax and unwind. If you are after modern and lux, this isn't the house for you, but if like us you want cosy and easy to live in, then Nat's place is great.Nat was very easy to contact and I felt if any issues came up she would have been ready to help at any time.Mooloolah Valley is quiet and pretty. House is close to everything you could need, and there are some great walks nearby.

Off to the Zoo

Natalie’s home is comfy and welcoming . We enjoyed the very homely feel and settled in easily. Natalie’s communication with us throughout the booking process was exceptional. We enjoyed a visit to Australia Zoo and visiting the beaches and Eumundi markets . We travelled with teenage kids , who enjoyed the myriad of games in the house! We found Natalie’s home a very economical option for us with a well set up kitchen and local shops for grocery etc very convenient. I’m sure we’ll be back Thanks Nat 🤗 We

Nat was a gem. She was super friendly and checked in often without being overbearing. The house was cute and cozy. The location is fantastic, being within walking distance to the IGA and the bakery. The local bakery is definitely worth the trip. Their coffee is great, and all their bakery items were delicious.

Excellent family stay

This property was perfect for our family stay, three generations and there was plenty of room for everyone to have a relaxing time. The back deck is fantastic. Location is so central so we could easily major attraction. Nat is a wonderful host and we thankyou again for allowing us to stay. The Mills families.

Property is not maintained and has mould in bathroom.

Property was not maintained and not clean. There was mould in the bathroom. Air cond unit in bedroom did not work correctly due to dirty filter. Due to damp bedding, had to buy new sheets for bed. As dryer did not work. Outside was not mowed and stuff in the yard, making unsafe for my dog. We stayed one night and left as it was unsafe for my dog and I got sick from the mould.

The house was well-appointed and friendly, even if a little quirky. The back verandah was a lovely place to chill out and look over the view. The host was lovely - when our gas bottle ran out she was there within minutes with a new one. Shops only a short stroll away. Very convenient. Only 25 min to beaches and less to Australia Zoo.

Australia zoo holiday

Nat's place was great and so close to Australia Zoo for our 2 days there. It felt homely with a firepit out the back, a nice big verandah for chillaxing and games and books, trampoline, bikes and balls for the kids 8 and 10. Nat always communicated well and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything during our stay, and was very hospitable even leaving a few extra treats for us. Good location in town too with IGA, Bottle-o, Indian takeaway, Bakery and more just a short walk. Thanks again Nat for a memorable family break

Homely comfort in Mooloolah

Had not heard of Mooloolah valley prior to staying but had a pleasant experience with small shopping strip with everything we would need, a very good playground for those with young kids, and close enough to both Maleny and the coast (pretty much half an hour from everywhere). Property has a lovely feeling of a home rather than anything sterile. To help others be prepared: -there is SO much included within the property, if I had my time over again I would check with the owner before packing things. As an example, the portacot, high chair, stroller we squeezed into the car were completely unnecessary. -Conversely, small absences to note would be the dryer isn't functioning (but laundromat is a couple of minutes walk), and there is only one air conditioned room and the heating function doesn't work (quilts are very warm so this would only be an issue if you, like us, have a little one not in a bed yet). Overall, would definitely recommend for future travels.

Lovely old Queenslander home, perfect for a family

We only had 2 nights and the first was very heavy rain, but when the sun came out we drove to Caloundra and enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Great experience.

Lovely house

Beautiful little house, perfect for our family of 5 to use as a base for a wedding in the area. Natalie is very responsive to communication and is extremely knowledgeable about the local area. Would definitely stay again.
