"Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. "Very comfortable stay for our family of four. Easy check in, comfy beds, kitchen well-stocked with plates, pans, etc., easy bike ride into central Utrecht. We stayed for five days and enjoyed it greatly!"
