Oasis by the sea

Comfortable, clean, modern hotel within easy walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants. Tram stops outside the door (#1) and around the corner (#9) for trams to center of The Hague and train stations. Large, comfy bed. Efficient kitchen facilities. My room had a fantastic view of the sea! The one downside was lack of air conditioning (bed is enclosed in a windowless area that gets stuffy) -- fan was provided. Hope to stay here again.

Difficulty checking in

When I arrived at the place I realised that the checkin was fully online. Hotels.com did not provide the information that was needed amd Numa neither contacted me prior. I got help from Numa and later Hotels.com to get the booking code and could checkin 30 minutes later. Room was great, clean and the bed comfortable.

Broken lift and being on the 6th floor with luggage is far from ideal. Room had a door to join the room Nextdoor when needed and it was in no way sound proof. You could hear EVERYTHING!

Prima accomodatie, schoon, faciliteiten als koffie en thee, water, netheid, uitrusting en wifi allemaal uitstekend op orde. Boven verwachting dus kom graag nog een keer terug!

Bij binnenkomst waren we zeer verrast over de kamer. Erg netjes en leuk ingericht. De slaapbank, waarop we sliepen, kraakte enorm tijdens omdraaien. Dat was een nadeel. Verder erg tevreden.

Das Hotel ist sauber, modern und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Leider war das Zimmer sehr eng geschnitten – zwischen Fenster und Bett kaum Platz, auch der Tisch konnte kaum genutzt werden. Trotz herbstlich kühler Temperaturen war es im Zimmer sehr heiß. Zusätzlich war der Aufzug zeitweise außer Betrieb, die Eingangstür ließ sich schwer öffnen und ab 9 Uhr morgens arbeiteten bereits die Klimatechniker. Insgesamt ein ordentliches Hotel, aber mit einigen deutlichen Schwächen bei Raumaufteilung und technischer Ausstattung.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, gut gelegen und mit dem Nötigen ausgestattet. Sie hat eine Tram- und eine Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Zu Fuß sind es nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Strand.
