Amazing hotel with personal touches. Every staff member we encountered were so helpful, friendly and took the time to make your stay super. Breakfast was great, everything was so fresh. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

I did like the area, I didn’t like the rooms. It’s almost impossible to watch tv because of the mirror where the tv is setup behind. The minimalistic concept means that after the the Rotterdam has been build de concrete only has been painted in the rooms. Personal was good.

Loved this hotel! The view from our 16th floor room were stunning. Staff friendly and accommodating. The metro is across the street and the cruise port is next door. I will be back!

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff, I got a spacious room with a great view of the riverfront. Very good buffet breakfast with delicious variety of food. There is a metro station just in front of the hotel which made the commute quite easy. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel and staff were excellent, the bar on the 7th floor I think it was had wonderful views of Rotterdam, there is a tram station 5 min from the hotel that will take you straight into the city. When I go back to Rotterdam, this is where I will be staying.

Oh of the best hotels we've ever stayed at!

Amazing hotel, right beside Rotterdam Cruise port! Nice sized modern room.. we had a view of river. Great breakfast on 7th floor with outdoor patio where you can smoke too. Some good eating establishments within 5 min walk. Local transit close by.

We had a wonderful stay at Nhow. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel and bar had a vibrant atmosphere, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The sauna was a highlight of our visit—be sure to reserve a slot at reception to enjoy it. The only drawback was the beds, as the mattresses were sensitive to movement, which disrupted our sleep at times. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a small area for improvement.

We had difficulty when we first arrived. We were very early but had requested an early check in. No rooms were available until noon and then we had to pay 59 euros to get a room at noon or sit in the lobby for another 3 hours.

we are nhow fans! Rotterdam is fantastic!

Amondi welcomed us at check-in and made us feel immediately at home, found a Skyline View room at a reasonable surcharge, and then very generously invited us to breakfast on the next day! This is our second nhow stay (nhow Frankfurt was wonderful) and we're now true fans. Everyone in the restaurant bar was very friendly and the food and drinks were tasty. We love the design of the Rotterdam nhow with the theme art. We've just now discovered neat details like the built-in TV in the large mirror (reflecting the breathtaking view of the city). Wooden floors, very comfortable bed, great show ... we usually don't like chains but we want to stay at all nhows after this experience.

Photos deceiving, not worth the money

First of all the photos show the room to be a good size - not so! The weird glass around the bath/shower is tacky - looks ok on photos but not in real life. The shower over the bath was awful - lack of pressure and after the shower there was a lot of water on the floor. The whole bathroom looked very basic compared to the photos. Weak hair dryer. The photos showed a rooftop terrace - apparently that was another of their hotels - again, deceiving. One good thing was the service - very helpful, spoke English and very responsive to my email about leaving an item behind.
