“What a great little place! The property was exactly what was advertised. Both the room and the property were clean, quiet, and had all the amenities available that were listed! Not to mention the location, it was in the most perfect spot to be able to see recording studios and just minutes away from Broadway! Uber rides are only roughly $10 to broadway street, but there are also SEVERAL E-bikes and scooters around everywhere, so it made it both fun and easy to get around and just cruise the……

“The property is fabulous loved it and would stay again. Like is comfy tree house. My only issues were it was hard to find so def do during the day I lost gps which was a problem when I arrived and did not see cabin. Also I searched by proximity to Brownland said 3.4 miles and that was not true 20 min drive. The host was great and came and turned on AC for me”

“When we checked in you could really tell the place was rushed to get clean so we were worried about what we were using that was “actually” clean. The area is pretty ruff and loud music at night from the neighbors that a super close to you. Would not stay here again.”

“I absolutely loved my stay at Kasa in Nashville! The space was perfect, and having a kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out to explore the city. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! My only suggestion would be to add a door to the bedroom, as the sleeping area is completely open. Being able to close it for privacy would make the apartment absolutely perfect!”

“The Cottage at Leipers Fork is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The layout was perfect for my husband and me; it felt spacious, and the kitchen is large (for such a small house), and very inviting. We didn't do any real cooking, but we could have, as the kitchen is well stocked, the stove is brand new, and the fridge, also new, is large. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rural setting very quiet, so we slept well. Our daughter and son-in-law live in Franklin, and it only……

“Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay”
