“This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.”

The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay.”

“The house is lived-in but clean. It was large enough for my big family, and we enjoyed our stay. Ernesto was great at communicating with us, and was gracious enough to allow us to extend our check-out time. Overall, everything was great! If I had to say anything about it, it was very hot upstairs because the portable air cooler didn't work very well. And more hooks for towels in the bathrooms would have been helpful. But really was the perfect size for our large family, and we would stay there……
