“Tutto perfetto .. unica pecca la strada che dalla statale porta alla struttura se nevica non è facile da percorrere non essendo pulita.. noi ci siamo risvegliati la mattina con la stra completamente innevata..e ripartire non è stato assolutamente semplice”

“On arrival the welcome was warm. All the staff were efficient, attentive, professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and spotless, with complimentary water and plenty of space. There was a patio with chairs and a table and the most wonderful views of the mountains - this was not used much due to the snow! The restaurant provided us with exceptional breakfasts - both hot and cold options, fruit, nuts, yoghurts, meats, the most amazing scrambled eggs, fresh honeycomb, juices……

“Friendly, helpful staff and lovely hotel in a good location. We received a family room which was good with separate bunk beds, making it more spacious than having a sofa bed. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Lots of selection, fresh and tasty and they kept replenishing it. The only drawback was it was quite stuffy in the room and leaving the window open meant early morning noise from the business below. They did supply us with a fan on request though that made for a……

“We loved our stay here! Great location and drivable to various Dolomites hikes and sights. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We got engaged during our stay and the staff treated us to a complimentary bottle of prosecco! The sauna and spa facilities were also a treat to use after our long hikes. Breakfast was also fabulous with lots of variety, quality coffee and made to order egg dishes. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Orso Grigio!”

“Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in questo albergo. La camera molto semplice ma confortevole, purtroppo non c'era la doccia ma solo una vasca, ma per il resto la struttura é eccellente: centro benessere un po' freddo per stare fermi a rilassarsi ma nel complesso ottime le condizioni di sauna bagno turco e piscina. Forse anche la piscina esterna andrebbe riscaldata un po' di più per godersela più a lungo ottimi i massaggi e il personale. Ottimo il cibo, grande scelta sia a colazione che a cena e……
