「Friendly, helpful staff and lovely hotel in a good location. We received a family room which was good with separate bunk beds, making it more spacious than having a sofa bed. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Lots of selection, fresh and tasty and they kept replenishing it. We got engaged during our stay and the staff treated us to a complimentary bottle of prosecco! The sauna and spa facilities were also a treat to use after our long hikes. La camera molto semplice ma confortevole, purtroppo non c'era la doccia ma solo una vasca, ma per il resto la struttura é eccellente: centro benessere un po' freddo per stare fermi a rilassarsi ma nel complesso ottime le condizioni di sauna bagno turco e piscina. 「La miglior vacanza trascorsa col nipotino di 10 anni. Cordialità, educazione sono le peculiarità del Proprietario. La pulizia quasi maniacale ed il rispetto delle norme Covid19 sono di ottimizzate al massimo. La CUCINA è da ristorante ***** (5 stelle) governata dalla proprietaria con piatti sempre diversi e di grande qualità bio. Passando in Via Pusteria vale la pena fermarsi per una colazione o cena. Non si rimane delusi.」
