“Spotless room, cooperative staff”

“Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and there is no mention of this on the Expedia write up about the hotel. We were there for 4 nights and had we known this would not have stayed. This meant that there was no gym , pool , spa or beauty parlour facilities. No alternative were offered nor a discount offered for the stay. Very disappointing that we paid for a hotel with these facilities but did not have any of these available. Staff at front desk on check out refused to accept that this was a……
