Come and stay in a beautiful historic building from the early "Short Century" where you can still breathe the scent of the early 1900s. It is located in the oldest village of the town of Morciano di Leuca, so much so that the garden is still bordered by the ancient defense walls of the town dating back to 1500. The building was built in different eras, the most recent dating back to the early 1900s. The part of the building that is currently habitable has just been renovated with strict respect for the style of the Salento buildings. In fact, all the original furnishings and furnishings have been preserved and restored. The restoration of the first and second floors of the building, which was the residence of the Cosi family and subsequently of the heirs Mario and Ester Forina, was completed a few days ago. For these reasons and out of respect, the current heir Giuseppe Ferilli wanted to attribute the name of "Palazzo Cosi-Forina".
The palace houses a collection of modern paintings by the late local painter Vincenzo Resci, a doctor from Gagliano del Capo whose style was intended, lovingly and without any pretension, to reproduce that of the famous painter Vincenzo Ciardo, also from Gagliano del Capo.
