The room was fantastic with an ocean view. We could walk to several shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Ocean View Inn. It continues to be our favorite.

The room stunk like it had been closed up for a while. The place is outdated. The tile in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The hinges of the doors were all rusted. The curtain didn't block out the light at night. The people staying above us were so loud at night it sounded like they would come through the roof.

This location was very convenient as it is just less than 5 min walk from the beach, and there are stores and restaurants in nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff was also very friendly. We loved our stay in oceanview inn.

Recognizing that this is not a four or five star property, but a well utilized, near beachfront motel with some age on it, we had an excellent stay! We needed to get our toes in the sand so we purchased one night, at a very reasonable rate, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very friendly, and though the rooms have some age on them, it was clean and comfortable. I might not stay here more than a couple nights, simply because there's no kitchen, but a very enjoyable stay for a night or two for us. We will be back! Ps- My only complaint was the air conditioner could not keep up with how hot it was outside, so it was quite warm in the room (but I brought a small fan to help with that). The bathroom could use some new grout, but it was clear that they keep it clean despite the sea salt and sand.
