“Highly recommend - this was our favorite hotel we’ve ever been to, and the perfect end to our honeymoon. The villa is in the Italian countryside surrounded by their property vineyards and vegetable gardens. The staff are all wonderful, and the restaurants are both phenomenal - they serve a mix of local dishes and non-local, with lots of wine options including wines from the property which are all amazing. “The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. “This was a great place to stay during our vacation. The area gets pretty busy during the day with multiple tour bus drop offs but slows down towards the end of the evening. The amenities were okay. The AC worked alright in the room but could have been better. It would be nice if they were able to cool the hallways and lobby like their other hotels, it would probably help a lot.”

By default nothing in the room if you want any thing that is already mentioned in booking you have to ask for it.
