Nice quiet B n B

We didnt want to stay on the square so location was good for us. 3 blocks off the main area. We really enjoyed the great service and wonderful breakfast. Please note only 2 out of 7 rooms have windows. We did change rooms after the first night . Rooms are small and a shelf is needed in the bathroom, however very modern and clean.

The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. One thing I didn't like is that they don't offer late check out. I was told I would have to pay for a full night. But they do offer luggage keeping. I would stay again.

La ubicación del hotel me gusto, ademas el trato del personal super amable, con estrella y nota. Es un hotel tranquilo con personal atento. Lo que pagué no lo vale, fue muy costoso y la habitación que nos dieron tenía muebles viejos y era pequeña. Desayuno promedio; solo dan poquita fruta con yogurt, un café, un jugo, un poco de pan con mermelada y huevo.

Por las fotos, el precio y las opiniones esperaba algo bastante mejor. Nos tocó una habitación en planta baja y sin balcón, y realmente esas no son las habitaciones que se promocionan en fotos. Parece que son más antiguas. Así que si te toca una de esas habitaciones podrías decepcionarte también. Por el precio que pagamos definitivamente no esperábamos que hubiera una cucaracha en la cafetera, que la bata de baño que proporcionan tuviera que ir a cambiarla porque tenía un cabello largo y un gusano. Que todas las toallas de baño estuvieran rasgadas, viejas y con manchas de sucio y que una pequeña alfombra estuviera manchada de grasa y sucia también. Y que al final de todo eso, solo recibiera una disculpa y ninguna compensación. Cuando fui a pedir cambio de la bata de baño y decir lo de la cucaracha ni disculpas recibí. No pedí cambio a otra habitación en planta alta porque el único acceso es una escalera de caracol súper incómoda, y como íbamos a una boda eso nos complicaría para bajar en tacones. El desayuno también fue decepcionante; demasiado básico y no estaba rico. Además no se podía cambiar el café por té o alguna otra infusión. Como último después de Lo único que sí me gustó fue que nos resguardaron las maletas y pudimos andar en el centro sin problema. Tanto antes como después del check in y check out respectivamente. También la cama, las almohadas y la ropa de cama estaban perfectas para el descanso. Y la ubicación es muy, muy buena.

La habitación que yo había requerido y pagado para mi estancia tenía que tener un sofá cama. En la que me acomodaron era bonita pero chica, sin aire acondicionado, sin el sofá cama que prometían en el website. Cuando pregunté en recepción me dijeron que esa habitación había sido ocupada con anterioridad. Me molesto porque no cumplen lo que prometen en el website.
