Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later. 「Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature.」

「De kamer werd iedere dag grondig gereinigd. Het personeel was behulpzaam. Het hotel was centraal gelegen en bezienswaardigheden zijn te voet perfect brereikbaar. Groot excellent ontbijtbuffet. Ik had half pension bijgeboekt. Je hebt de keuze uit verschillende voorgerechten, hoofdgerechten en nagerechten voor lage prijs. Bovendien waren de niet alcoholische dranken bij de maaltijd gratis. Aan te bevelen hotel tegen een zeer gunstige prrjs.」
