"Noi non ci siamo trovati un granché bene stanza molto piccola e aria condizionata in camera rotta, colione scarsa e con qualità da discount pranzo e cena stile mensa scolastica abbiamo speso 40 euro a pasto (2 adulti +1bambino) fortunatamente solo il primo giorno! Unica nota positiva l'ottima posizione 200 m. dal mare e a 15 minuti da mirabilandia. Insomma a quel prezzo ci sono alberghi miglioti e che oltretutto offrono intrattenimenti che qui mancano del tutto. Di sicuro non ci tornerò."

"We absolutely loved our two night stay at this hotel! I was sad to leave. Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate in every way, comfortable bed, excellent location right on the beach and easy biking distance to the canal with more shopping and restaurants than you can imagine. To top it all off, the included breakfast was simply exceptional with many home baked items, traditional Italian options as well as North American options and all the cappuccino or espresso you want. We will definitely be returning!"

Even the soaps and lotions were exceptional—they smelled amazing and added a luxurious touch to the experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. It’s rare to find a property where every interaction leaves such a positive impression. The breakfast was spectacular, with a fantastic selection and high-quality offerings, and the pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. This hotel gets everything right. "This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spotless and the decor and kitchen supplies were stylish and perfect; exactly what is needed. The balconies were an added bonus with outdoor seating as well. The location was perfect an easy walk to everything, especially the beach, but access to a free bicycle was also available. The artwork in the lobby is striking and the the owner shared a wonderful story behind the pieces. She is a wonderful and kind person who instantly make you feel welcome and home. The staff are friendly and helpful and seem to truly enjoy the Residence Sunrise, I know I did and plan to return to this lovely property in a wonderful community and neighborhood. "
