"My sister and I stayed for a funeral for our nephew. We are both women in our early 20s. I was not told anything about breakfast being included upon checking though it was listed to be included. They told me I could purchase food from the restaurant. The lounge and pool are great, the room was clean. We did have a super rude man, I didn’t get his name. Our room keys deactivated as we were at the pool so we went to the lobby to get keys(still in our swimsuits as our clothes were locked in our room). I didn’t even get to ask for a key before a rude bald man with a mustache told us immediately and firmly we had to exit the lobby immediately and could not be “dressed like that” in the lobby. I tried to explain we just needed our room keys fixed, and he cut me off mid sentence and told us to wait outside for him to bring them to us. We did get the keys and it was fine after that but I will not be returning. He was extremely rude and I feel like it was very disrespectful as we were prepaid guests and needed a simple fix, not to be berated by an old man in front of other guests and restaurant customers about our swimming attire, when we were unable to retrieve our clothing from our room since we needed our keys fixed. "

"Overall - good hotel, wonderful staff. However, if you are traveling with handicap - this is not a good hotel choice. Handicap room, had very little room to maneuver a wheel chair. The bath had no bench, and while it had bars, was in no way accessible. There were rails in bathroom, but none designed for toilet use. The room appeared to be a normal room that the elected to throw some metal bars up haphazardly and then define it as accessible. So while the other parts of the hotel are fine, and the staff was great - this is NOT AN ACCESSIBLE HOTEL."

"The hotel accused us over the phone saying that someone called and report weed smells in the hallway, when i went and spoke with the front desk and asked her to check the room before i left so that i could get deposit back she stated “i already confirmed it wasnt you all” and continued to talk about how she wasn’t accusing us with 2 kids of smoking in the rooms. Then proceeded to check us out and confirmed that i would get my deposit when i asked multiple times to go check the room before i left i alway had just moved to that room after having to leave the previous room due to noise and kids running up and down at 12am this hotel is very dishonest "
