「This hotel is light, spacious and modern, The vast open-plan lobby/seating area/ breakfast area and bar (with pool table) is tastefully appointed and exudes calm. The rooms are clean, well appointed and light. I stayed for 7 nights on the 9th floor and had a wonderful view over Spartanburg’s baseball stadium. 「Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. The outdoor furniture was nice but the cushions needed replaced. They were visibly soiled and torn.」

「We only stayed one night, but that was enough to be bitten by BED BUGS!! I called to let the staff know the next day, but the answer they gave was that they looked and didn't see them. I sent pictures of my hand and leg, and it is unquestionably bed bugs. Hopefully they took care of it, but I didn't get the impression they were overly concerned about the issue.」
