You will enjoy the beautiful view to the west across a valley approximately 30 miles to a blue mountain range. Breathtaking sunsets are visible from the living room, bedroom, large open wrap-around deck, screened-in porch, fire pit or hot tub.
The porches and decks are fully-furnished with mountain style chairs, rockers, couches, and swings that accommodate relaxed lounging and provide a great place for bird watching the many species of birds that visit. Roast hot dogs, marshmallows, and visit at the outdoor fire pit while enjoying picturesque mountain scenery. Unwind at the end of the day by taking a dip in the hot tub or sip wine on the swing.
The extensive, professionally-landscaped yards include variegated cypress, Leland cypress, willow, dogwoods, wild cherry, pine and various hardwoods. During your visit chances are you may see wildlife including deer, wild turkey, fox, rabbit, and squirrel. Black bears have been seen in the area on rare occasions.
This beautiful home offers an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, fully functional modern kitchen, master bedroom with a king size bed and a full private bath all on the main floor. Upstairs is a bedroom with twin beds, private full bath with jetted tub. There is even a small futon for extra lounging space as well as a small desk. Downstairs is a comfortable den with a gas fireplace and sofa with pull out queen size bed. We have added a foosball table and a Ms. Pac-Man arcade system. There is also a lovely bedroom with a queen size bed with double glass doors that lead to the backyard. Completing this floor is a full private bath and a full-size laundry room. 8 people will sleep comfortably. All bedrooms, living room and den have modern flat-screen TV's connected to the Dish Network. We are working to consistently improve, update, and make our home even more comfortable for you!
