This one. Book this one.

Unbelievable views. Unbelievable. Fantastic personal communication from the hosts. The beds- Heaven. The kitchen had everything we needed- we cook a lot and it was great! The hot tub was fantastic! The fire pit great. They have toys for kids, games for all ages, very comfortable furniture. There is nothing negetive I can say about this property. Nothing. We loved everything about it. All rules and information was easily laid out in a book on the coffee table. There were personal notes left, with snacks that werent out of date or stale! The screened in porch is a beautiful place to sit and read a book. The hottub was amazing after a day of hiking straight up the Ga Mountains! Fantastic hosts, fantastic stay. If you clicked on this, you found the one. No need to keep looking, this is it!

"Family Adventure Bliss: A Review of Cascading View Lodge"

We had an incredible stay at the Cascading View Lodge with our family of 5 and cousin! The cabin was spotless upon arrival, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, from cookware to small appliances. The panoramic views were breathtaking, making for stunning photo-worthy moments.Our days were filled with adventure, from hiking waterfalls to mining for gems, and the historical train ride was a hit with both kids and adults. Exploring Blue Ridge, Georgia, added an extra layer of charm to our vacation.Back at the cabin, the fire pit, game room, and hot tub provided endless entertainment and relaxation opportunities for everyone. A special shoutout to the host for their exceptional hospitality and helpfulness throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel right at home in the Cascading View Lodge. Thank you for making our vacation truly unforgettable! Highly recommend this gem of a rental for families seeking both adventure and comfort in the mountains!

Even more amazing then we thought it would be!!!

The Vrbo photos are everything AND MORE of what this amazing lodge looks like. Incredibly warm and inviting from the moment we stepped inside. Our two 20-something daughters loved the family atmosphere (and the thousands of areas for selfies throughout the interior and exterior of the lodge) as did we. Not often do you get quality one on one time with that age but we had a blast just laughing and playing many of the board games that were provided by the owners. My husband and I are already planning to return alone as the lodge, although large, definitely has a romantic secluded getaway feeling as well. Kitchen is very well stocked with the essential kitchen equipment needed and the local grocery store nearby will allow you to not have to pack any food. The sunrise was definitely worth getting up early for and the indoor and outdoor fireplaces were used often by us to catch up on each others lives. (even shared some secrets - lol) All of us would highly recommend this lodge!!!

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Plenty of space for the kids to hang downstairs. The house was well stocked! We loved the view!

307Burns is a fab Charlevoix Location

Charlevoix is great in any season. Fall is windy. 307 Burns is a perfect vacation destination. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Then neighborhood is great for quiet walks. Everything good restaurant in Charlevoix is minutes away.You will want to comeback. We just completed our rhird visit,

Sweet 16 birthday party

Beautiful property, I was so impressed with the details the owner had so carefully achieved when stalking this cabin for guests. We were greeted with a warm welcome letter, snacks, and a Happy Birthday sign hanging over the fireplace. Everything we could possibly need was there, including smore sticks for the firepit. We had a wonderful relaxing experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful place we plan to go back.

The view was amazing. We had such a fantastic time there. The only downside was the drive up to the property but we managed. We loved spending time play pool and enjoying the hot tube aswell.

Spectacular Views and awesome accommodations!

Cascading View Lodge has everything a family needs for a vacation away in the mountains. The house was very well stocked for kitchen, bathroom and hot tub needs including clearly stated directions throughout the home. There was 100% privacy and spectacular views! My family of 6 adults, 2 small children and one on the way had a very memorable stay for celebrating 2 birthdays. I highly recommend this cabin! Thank you Chelsea!

Slice of Heaven

This property is beautiful in pictures but even more stunning in person. Immaculately clean and the owners go out of the way with many details to make your stay more enjoyable. From a fully stocked kitchen/pantry to blankets for the firepit, games and toys and wine and snacks upon arrival, they make you feel welcome. The views are absolutely beautiful and you can enjoy them from every floor. Chelsea was great at communicating and quick to respond to any question or need that we had.

Great cabin experience

My business partners spent a couple days relaxing in the cabin. We enjoyed the cabin, views, firepit, and kitchen/grill. Everything was clean and new and worked as advertised. The location is great (our hikes were closer to Blairsville) for hiking and very easy to get to (no 4 wheel drive needed). We enjoyed the grill, the pool table, and the firepit. Everything worked great and we had a very relaxing time getting out of the city for a few days. Highly recommended.

Home away from home but way better

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin. Chelsea was super easy to communicate with. The cabin had everything we needed. The kids loves the hot tub and pool table. The beds were so comfortable, the view is spectacular and we all thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Hope to return again soon.

Get away from it all

Great property with plenty of ways to be entertained. Set up high on the side of the mountain, the views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. The fire pit was great with ample firewood provided, the hot tub, the pool table, it was all great. The kids had their own space plus ample outdoor space to run around. Beds were super comfortable. Good high speed internet service and cell service which was also a nice to have considering the secluded nature of the area. All around, a great stay.
