Downstairs offers 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry. Includes 3 parking spaces plus street parking. Don’t miss this hidden gem!

Enjoy a pristine, fully renovated 3BR/2BA home in the safe, walkable Woodburn neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Morgantown and WVU. Easy access to I-68 and I-79. The home features a remodeled kitchen and baths, a custom spiral staircase, new flooring, and all-new furniture and appliances—perfect for family vacations, business trips, or weekend getaways.

Park in 3 dedicated spaces and access the covered front entrance via side stairs. Inside, you'll find an open kitchen/dining area, a cozy living room with a big-screen TV, a full bath, and a bedroom. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry, with exterior doors to the parking area.

Relax on the deck with comfy seating and take in the stunning downtown views—especially at night. Walk to local restaurants, shops, and WVU, with hospitals just a short drive away!

Guests can use the entire house. We ask that you don't access the mechanical room/storage room. (it is the door located right by the exit door in one of the downstairs bedrooms).

GREAT LOCATION

The host is very communicative and helpful. The place itself is renovated like brand new. Plenty of room with three bedrooms and extras included were a bonus. Located in an alleyway away from the main street. Walking distance to two restaurants. The only truthful downside were the neighbors across the street. Must be college students coming home at 3 am.
