Very poor accommodations. I booked a king-size bed, only got a double. Only two flimsy pillows and it was with great difficulty that I was able to get two more. Toilet paper was left on the back of the tank instead of on the holder - minor but showed the laziness of the place. Booked for two and only had one facecloth and one hand towel. Room was cold and with the heater on high it wasn't until about 1 AM that the heat became satisfactory. There was no room number on the room or many others - had to search until I found a room that the key worked in. I won't be back here again and I question why Hotels.com even has them listed.

Very dilapidated rooms
1st room assigned was not cleaned or ready 2nd room was cleaned but room condition was dilapidated and had some cleaning or chemical smell. Bed had very thin comforter and not enough for sleeping We just used the bathroom and left to find another hotel.

Ceiling tile missing in bathroom right over the tub. Front door needs to be replaced wind and cold flows through it. The door seem as if it may have been forcefully opened.

Check in was fine. The Hotel could use some loving. The outside of the property was sketchy. One room had a board covering a broken window. Trash around certain areas. On a positive the room was clean and it is close to everything. It served the purpose for a sold out football game weekend.

This place should not be on Expedia. It was absolutely filthy, rundown and and unkept. It should either be totally rehabbed before it is listed on here... or condemned. Towels were dirty and some were damp. Everything seemed damp, really. Hair and bug carcasses in one of the beds, lights not functioning, hairdryer cord just cut off. I honestly couldn't believe how bad it was and it was just the most uncomfortable experience I've had at a property listed on Expedia. I'm not quite understanding how they are even permitted to operate, let alone charge what they charge for it, given the condition of the property. One of the rooms had water leaking from the ceiling and a puddle on the floor. Their only saving grace was they did refund that room upon request, however, they have limited office hours and I had to call and wake them up at 9:33 a.m. when we were trying to lave. Absolutely awful experience with this place.

Front desk clerk was friendly and bed was comfortable. Exterior of buildings were filthy and/or damaged, parts of the room were unclean, no amenities. The property is in a good location and I hope management cleans the place up, but I can’t recommend this hotel for the time being.

Property was dirty and neglected - outside stairwells smelled like old garbage. Room had mold on wall, holes in walls and furniture, the door had a huge gap underneath. Nightstand had zip tie for handle on the drawer and no handle on the bottom door. The smoke detector in the room had been removed and only the plate was on the wall. Room was dirty, sheets were not clean, holes in the curtains. Unable to properly check out as no staff at desk and doors locked.

Staff was fairly friendly at check-in and check-out. Could be cleaner; the floors could’ve used a good sweep and mop. Had a room with a pull-out couch. When pulling the bed out, the springs were missing and there appeared to be blood stains all over the mattress. The owner seemed more annoyed that his cleaning service hadn’t put sheets on the bed than he was that there was blood on the mattress. He did switch our room without issue, but was not apologetic for the inconvenience. The actual beds were fairly clean and comfortable for the price.

The price was right and it was perfect for a quick stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was basic for sure, but we expected that based on the low room rate. We had a very late check-in and had to call the front desk when we arrived. We were very promptly met by staff and given room keys. Could not connect to Wifi for some reason. Bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. Overall good stay.

This hotel was disgusting, and I am not very picky. Dirty, poorly maintained, and over priced. No one on duty from 11 PM to 8 PM, spend an extra few bucks and stay at a real hotel.

You get what you pay for I guess
The exterior of the hotel is in extremely poor shape, with cracks in the concrete, stairs and support piers. I stayed on the second floor and declined to use one of the sets of stairs because of the cracks, and the other set smelled of urine. Room was large, but towels were like sand paper, and sheets had stains. I initially thought they had not been washed but then I realised that they were a little crisp like clean sheets, and they did soften up so I am sure they were cleaned and just stained. Walls are paper thin, so other than hearing every little thing in the rooms next door, it was pretty quiet, and while run down, I did not feel unsafe. Lesson is you get what you pay for. My non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke - esp when in bed. I would not stay here again.

I stayed here for two nights this past weekend. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. First off, this place is not clean. Crumbs were in the bedsheets that were supposed to be clean, our toilet barely flushed, our bathroom faucet leaked all over the floor, the dresser and desk drawer handles were sticky, and there were no trash cans in the room. I was willing to look past all of this for 70 dollars a night, but last night we had a terrifying experience starting around 1am. There was a man (possibly multiple men as it looked like they were wearing different clothes) going past all of our doors and knocking on them, HARD. This happened about 4 times. Then, he began to jiggle our doorknob, attempting to get in. This went on periodically for at LEAST an hour. We had to push furniture in front of the door for peace of mind. Neither of us slept and we will never return here, and we would encourage others to do the same.
