Beautiful villa "Les Angevines", renovated in 2025. In the resort 800 m from the centre of de Morières-les-Avignon, in a quiet position residential area (villas). Private: well-kept garden 1'170 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 25.Oct.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop, grocery 800 m, supermarket 3.1 km, restaurant, bakery 500 m, bicycle rental 3.9 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Salvador" 700 m, railway station "Avignon TGV" 15 km, sandy beach 102 km. Golf course (18 hole) 400 m, tennis 50 m, riding stable 5.4 km, sports centre 50 m, children's playground 3.9 km. Nearby attractions: Avignon 10 km, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue 17 km, Gordes 33 km, Saint Rémy de Provence 23 km, Châteaurenard 14 km, Aéroport d'Avignon 5 km. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin, shower, air conditioning and electric shutters. Sep. WC. 2 terraces roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children not suitable for children under 6 years. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. There are 2 equipped kitchens on the ground floor.
