We are delighted to present our superb, spacious duplex apartment, ideal for an unforgettable stay with family or friends.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, this 63.44 m² apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living/dining room with a 140x190 sofa bed and a television for your relaxation, a fully equipped kitchenette, and an en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom (bathtub and toilet).
Enjoy the south-facing balcony to admire the view and relax on the outdoor furniture.
Upstairs, you will discover a second en-suite bedroom with a bathroom (bathtub and toilet), and a third en-suite bedroom with tv and a bathroom. In addition, a separate toilet is available for added convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Krups coffee maker, electric kettle, as well as dishes and a complete set of cookware. You'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Bedroom 1, ground floor, en suite (wooden floor): one double bed (140x190 cm)
Bedroom 2, upstairs (carpeted floor): two single beds (80x200 cm)

To make your stay easier, we provide a vacuum cleaner and a clothes dryer. Please note that pets are not allowed in the accommodation and that it is strictly non-smoking.
