Despite assurances it was being sorted it never was. We were promised a direct contact from the manager which also never came nor after leaving contact details at checkout. “Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was plenty with a good choice of food, all fresh each day. Pool and pool area was very clean, was lovely eating breakfast outside at the tables and chairs located by the pool. “I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at Bayview Hills Montenegro.
From the moment we arrived, our room was unbearably hot. On the same day, I requested a room change, but my request was completely ignored. The following day, I raised the issue again, only to be met by a very rude manager who attempted to blame me for not reporting the problem sooner.
